It was supposed to be Across the Universe by Fiona Apple. A guy was singing instead. When I went over to tell him it was the wrong song he pointed to his computer and said "the computer says it's Fiona Apple." Then, he just stopped the song in the middle forcing their dance to stop. Dance music was fine, but I didn't want an average DJ I hear at every wedding, I wanted to work with him to make this special.

A family friend whose daughter got married at Cog Hill a few years ago used Jon Wise, and they strongly recommended him. So, after we booked our venue, JPW Productions was actually the first vendor we hired! We were really busy with last-minute wedding planning, so we were not able to fill out the music preference questionnaire until a few days before the wedding. (Yes, it was honestly insanity.) Jon was SO patient with us despite how last-minute we are.
