First thing Monday (the busiest day for all shops), I called and Tami got me in for Tuesday AM. I called around to other places but no one had any availability. Drove to drop off my Ford Expedition around 3pm and Chris happened to be there, he immediately asked what was going on and threw the truck up on the lift asap to diagnose the problem. I didn't have to wait until the next AM. He found the hole/tear in the transmission hose and called around to find the part. No luck on that in the area (friday was the earliest part delivery), he provided a faster solution of using another hose to replace and clamp the ends (our checkout was Thursday same week). We tried to get a Lyft back over the bridge but there weren't any drivers in the area, he volunteered to drive us back. Chris and Tami were so nice and went above and beyond with their kindness. Next day, Chris had a hard time finding the right hose (which he had to pickup himself) he didn't go the cheap route and ordered the better quality hose which he said was a racing quality hose. I wish he was closer to me in MD, I would go back to get all my work done by them. He is fast, kind, talented, and can provide some great honest solutions and gave me advice on what to get done to keep my truck running well. THANK YOU!!!!

I took the vehicle back after a few weeks and insisted that the air conditioner was leaking. This time they found the leak and fixed it, but I did not get any credit towards repair from the previous bad diagnosis. I took the vehicle back recently for the still-leaking coolant system, but was told that it was not leaking initially (it has been leaking continuously) and that I would have to start over with another $140 pressure test to find the leak. No discussion. Never mind; I can find somewhere else.

This is on a Thursday. Every shop I called said maybe Saturday or next week. I was panicking! I called Jessie and he kindly agreed to come out after his last job. He arrived around 8 p.m. I had already had my friends take me to get the necessary part. So I thought we were set. Upon removing my tire Jessie found that my wheel bearing hub was bad. He took the time to discuss with me what was wrong and that he recommended that it be replaced. He then agreed to keep working on removing the wheel hub while we ran to Auto Zone, which thankfully had the part in stock and is open late. He then replaced the part and had completed the other repair. It was then about 9:30. Then, despite the late hour and that he looked exhausted he took the time to talk to me about when I got home to make sure I checked the other tires for similar issues. That these things have a way of happening together. He was beyond professional and courteous. I then get the bill and am incredibly happy!! In my area shops usually charge $130 an hour. Jessie is incredibly reasonable. I got fantastic service by a qualified mechanic for a great rate! Plus, he saved the day and I was able to get home for work. I am beyond pleased! I only wished I lived in OBX and could use him for future repairs. Would highly recommend Jessie to anyone in the OBX area. He came same day and saved the day!!

The main technician there that day, Paul, was able to fit me in at the time I requested, fairly late in the day. When I arrived, he was very professional and courteous. He had one of the mechanics there immediately start work on my car. The mechanic was fairly young, but clearly took pride in his work. Although it was past the time he was supposed to be off, he took his time and made sure he did it right. He also checked the tire pressure, at my request. An oil change is not that big of a deal and it is not a glamorous set-up at their shop, but I had a very good experience with them, which is more important to me than anything. I recommend trying their services, if you need work done on your car.

I definitely didn't like parking on the side of road to walk down. The vendors were cool but the sizes of the clothing selection wasn't good for petite, smaller girls. When I arrived I wasn't even planning on getting a bike however Tony approached me and saw that I was interested in a bike and just offered to show me an out the door price. I was reluctant however, I let him run the numbers and give me an out the door price. The sales tactics were extremely low pressure. Over the course of my vacation weekend, I went back and ended up dealing with Jeff as my salesperson. Jeff and Tony made the experience of picking out the bike and getting the correct accessories for it easy and actually fun and enjoyable. Randall the finance manager made everything simple and easy to understand. All numbers were clearly listed and everything was explained in detail. I highly recommend this dealership for any of your motorcycle or accessory needs. By the way for those of you out of town they will actually deliver your bike and pick up your old bike for free. It's a nice service. It's a great crew at that store.
