Would never recommend and would encourage people to never use them! They completely ruined my mother's car, let the technician take home her car to his home in Elizabeth city while the shop is in Grandy, and added 100miles on the "test drive". It took over a month to get the car back and luckily we had the vehicle looked at prior to bringing it here because we have a strong lawsuit for something they did. I needed an oil change on the day I was leaving the OBX this past Monday, so I contacted Wilson Bros., based on other positive reviews, to see if they could accommodate me last minute. The main technician there that day, Paul, was able to fit me in at the time I requested, fairly late in the day. When I arrived, he was very professional and courteous. He had one of the mechanics there immediately start work on my car. The mechanic was fairly young, but clearly took pride in his work. Although it was past the time he was supposed to be off, he took his time and made sure he did it right. He also checked the tire pressure, at my request. An oil change is not that big of a deal and it is not a glamorous set-up at their shop, but I had a very good experience with them, which is more important to me than anything. I recommend trying their services, if you need work done on your car. read more

these guys are great and fast!! the beginning of our trip we got a flat tire and they fixed it in 10 minutes!! definitely recommend!

On the way down to a bachelorette party my girlfriend and I had some tire issues. We were stuck in traffic and every place didn't seem right. I found this spot in Yelp and called. put ball joints in my husband's Toyota tundra and didn't grease them! on snapped off!! Put new Rack n pinion steering in the Toyota and put the wrong fluid and started sticking. Around the same time, Paul's people working on our Dodge 3500, put transfer case seal in and didn't put any oil in it! I kept telling my husband to not take anything else to Paul but they were friends. So much for friendship its costing my husband $2500 plus.!!!! Great local honest shop! We were on vacation in the OBX and needing to drive 700 miles home in just 2 days when we noticed an ominous grinding sound from the undercarriage of our Suburban. We called around and the guys at Wilson Brothers couldn't have been anymore helpful. They quickly diagnosed our bad wheel bearing and had it fixed in less than 2 hours for a completely reasonable price despite the fact that they could have obviously gouged us for far more. On our ride home from Carova Beach, our Jeep was riding really rough from driving in the wet sand. We went to Wilson Bros to have it checked out. Great bunch of guys helped us out and got us on our way in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend them if you ever have any car troubles while visiting the Outer Banks. read more

These guys completely bailed me out! Thought I had a wheel bearing or U joint going. Had my truck towed to them late Friday afternoon and even though they normally closed @ 5:30, they checked it out and called to inform me that the lugs in right front had loosened. (Just had an alignment done on my '13 Raptor and someone screwed up!). Being from out of town and needing to leave early Sunday am they came in on Saturday (which they normally don't) to finish the repair. Not to mention they could have told me my front end was shot and I wouldn't have known any better. Still some honest people out there! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!! read more
