Use to take all my cars & truck here; but last few years, they went to weird billing…read more you pay to have an air filter change, then they charge you same labor again, to take care of the sensor right by the air filter. You change a serpentine belt, right by water pump, but instead of adding just the labor for additional water pump, they charge you a second time for the tear down. That is double charging for the same labor, to fix something else in same area. Then you ask them to change a belt, but then the tensioning rod, in your opinion is OK. You ask for belt only. You end up in shouting match with mechanic, over - things they are over charging for. At least 3-4 times. They have good mechanics. It is business practices. If I am wrong about tension rods, I am the one who has to do it a second time, I pay for it not them. Sad, I have liked them but in last 2-3 yrs they have been greedy on practices.

Somehow the oil "failed" their test. The air and cabin filter was also changed the same day. Before I heard of…read moreCartwright collision (by word of mouth from another auto body place) I went to two different local shops trying to get some rust spots on my roof taken care of. No one would take care of the rust spots on the roof and address my new leak. Ideally, I wanted the roof and hood painted because they were trashed from old age, lots of dry Thru car washes, and Hawaii's harsh environment. I stopped by their shop after 1 for an estimate and game plan. Scott saw no issues addressing the rust, recommended a new windshield (why I was getting water when it was raining), and decided a pinstrip would be best to take care of some of the clear coat that was on its way out. The ease of this process was very straight forward. He added me on his schedule for the following week. I must add they have fair pricing for the quality of work. A little over a week later I picked up my truck on a Friday. They washed and cleaned my truck and did a clear coat on my bad looking headlights. The pin strip color looked great and I couldn't be happier.
