I have had them since 1/2024 and this past week, eithor my charger is'nt working on left side or the left hearing aid is not working, took it down today just for them to check it and they wanted to charge me 55.00 just to check this small issue. It would have taken them less then 5 minutes to check the charger to see if that was the issue...I refused to pay 55.00 just to have them check it out and I WILL NOT GO back to them again after paying out of pocket 1078.00 after insurance paid their share........I would not recommend them. I was immediately greeted and offered water, coffee, or a soft drink. Professional, friendly, and kind- a great way to begin with a new provider's office! My appointment began with a hearing assessment with Ashley. She was very thorough in explaining how we would proceed and what I could expect. I had brought my good friend along for support, and as a hearing and speech specialist, JB was made to feel welcome and her professional experience valued. The test was performed in a sound booth that was well equipped and the testing equipment was up to date. My test proved what I had already concluded, that hearing devices would improve my hearing and enhance my quality of life. No longer would the television volume need to be set to the max and my partner wouldn't need to shout to get my attention. Ashley and I discussed several options and I was given the opportunity to try several hearing aids. This was huge, as I had absolutely no experience with or knowledge of hearing aids, how they work, how they fit, prices, or what to expect. Ashley was extremely patient with all my questions and my fumble-bum attempt to position the sample aids in my ears. As we narrowed down the selection, Ashley told me I would be going home with a sample pair of hearing aids to test drive. WooHoo! I was able to keep the sample aids for 2 weeks, as I had a trip planned out of town. That was a big bonus! The hearing aids were comfortable and very effective.I could hear well outdoors in the wind, while watching college football games on tv, at restaurants. The 'loaners' adjusted to any situation. Incredible! Upon returning to Hearing Dynamics I met with Ashley again to help me make the final selection and purchase. She spent an hour with me, checking the fit and making adjustments to ensure the technology worked correctly with my phone. Once I was thoroughly comfortable with my decision it was back to the office to settle up. While hearing aids are an expensive item, Hearing Dynamics gave a veteran's discount, very much appreciated, and gave me 2 gifts: a lovely custom-designed, embroidered, canvas bag, honoring my partner's military service, and a free premium charging unit, a $400 value. An appointment was then made for follow up two weeks later, and I was also reminded to call if I had any questions,concerns, or difficulties with my new hearing aids. So far, I'm pleased that hasn't been necessary. The entire experience with Hearing Dynamics, Ashley, and the whole staff made me feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. I am extremely Satisfied.
