Not only will they deny your request to see the actual doctor versus a PA, the one I saw didn't have up to date information on medications and refused to listen to my medication history and why I was uncomfortable taking the medicine she wanted to switch me to. I do not need mediation changes, as I am very well regulated on my meds. Once I found out I was pregnant, it got even worse. Her knowledge of medications and high risk pregnancy was completely out of date and harmful to myself and the baby. I.e. she thought certain ones were safe and they most definitely were not and vice versa. Additionally, they billed my insurance TWICE and tried to say I owed money when I am a full Medicare QMB patient with medicaid. Also, I had to get full prior medical authorization to be seen aka my insurance had to pre approve payment and coverage for services. I've also already met my out of pocket expenses for the year. They told me I owed them money by text and that they would just bill my card on file. Understand, this text came from an unknown number and refused to answer me when I asked who and what this was for. I also said I do not Authorize any payment and they went ahead and tried to do it anyways. When I called the number, the gentleman wouldn't give me any info and when I asked to speak to someone else he refused and said I'd get a call back and also spoke to me a manner such as, "you owe us money. You are not getting out of paying this. We will just charge your card. We don't need your permission. " I've never received a call back, despite leaving multiple messages and have reported them for insurance fraud with my insurance as well as reporting them to state agencies for harassment of collections. Way to try and take advantage of mental health patients.

I have been coming to this location since they opened for annual screenings. What I love about them, is the ease in making appointments (you can make your next years appointment at the current appointment), pre-check-in processes, and the efficiency once you are actually at your appointment. I have never had to wait, which feels like the norm for medical services. I am always treated kindly and respectfully during screenings/x-rays and they get you in and out. For me, living out in Vail it is nice having the convenience of professional and competent healthcare services out on this side of town!

I've been seen here for the last four years and it's just getting worse. No one ever answers the…read morephone when you call so you have to leave a text message that may or may not elicit a callback. The providers are apathetic and when I asked about my high eye pressure I was told "I'm not here to talk about that." This response was particularly frustrating because I had a young girl add four times the number of numbing drops and tap my eye about 40 times to get its pressure yet. The actual reading doesn't mean anything? Curious. The same girl also applied twice times the amount of dilation drops and couldn't get a solid picture of my retina. Despite having what they described as significant lattice deterioration, I was told to follow up in a year. So now I'm sitting in the parking lot completely blind, and unable to drive home. What an uncaring experience. I won't be back.

They find "cavities" so they need to charge more (yes, even on three-year-olds) - please get a second opinion, especially on your children's teeth. Then, they will send you a random bill YEARS after the fact with no information on it and expect you to pay after you've already paid thousands for the "care" that did more damage than you started with. After taking x-rays and consulting with Dr. Bollard, they determined I needed another deep cleaning. So they didn't even do my biannual cleaning since they wanted me to schedule the deep cleaning at a cost to me of $780. I will not be going back.
