He is thorough and explains everything completely. And he is compassionate with a bit of humor mixed in as well. The office staff couldn't be better!! They are patient, polite, and pleasant-even through the worst of Covid. I have never had an issue with anyone in this office. I recommend Dr. Rolins without reservation!!! With healthcare the way it is in this country it seems that we need to have a little patience with "the system". The previous review was not a good one but as my father used to say-you attract more bees with honey than you do with vinegar. A lot of the way you perceive things has to do with the way you treat other people. It takes time to work through the system these days with referrals, being in or out of network, what your insurance will pay for or what they deny--none of that is your doctor's fault. He probably feels as frustrated as you do-maybe more. Try giving people a break now and then.

Dr. Rolins then fired me as a patient. Docs like Rolins need to look at themselves and their own admin to see why there is a problem in the first place. Not blame their mistakes on the patient . My mom insisted to the Dr that she had no stress but Dr. Mendoza basically ignored her. Well, we found her new doctors and today, one yr later, she was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. Shame on you Dr. Mendoza for ignoring my mother and brushing off her symptoms.

Then she told me the electronic forms I had filled out previous to coming were Not complete, and the told me I had 7 minutes to fill them out or they would cancel the appointment that I had been waiting 6 months for to get in as a New patient. When I didn't finish the paperwork in 7 Minutes she canceled my appointment. I'm dismayed. I have never been so rudely treated at any other medical facility in the country. Thank goodness I am Not ill or in dire need of medical attention.

Today, February 10th at 7:40 am I arrived for my appointment and was told that I had cancelled it. This NEVER happened. The receptionist checked with Dr. Davis who was too busy to see me. I checked scheduling online instead of talking to a staff member. The earliest I could see Dr. Davis is October 17, 2025 - 1 year after I called to reschedule a November 2024 appointment. NOT AGAIN. TIME TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.
