Then she told me the electronic forms I had filled out previous to coming were Not complete, and the told me I had 7 minutes to fill them out or they would cancel the appointment that I had been waiting 6 months for to get in as a New patient. I checked scheduling online instead of talking to a staff member. The earliest I could see Dr. Davis is October 17, 2025 - 1 year after I called to reschedule a November 2024 appointment. NOT AGAIN. TIME TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.
