Went to this place to purchase a new head unit and get it installed in my 2017 Chevy Impala LS and they tore my car up. I paid them and they assured me everything would be handled. After they took my entire dash apart, they came and told me the only way they could finish the job was if they bypassed all the other car features by eliminating them. I told them that is not what I wanted, and told them nevermind. They broke my dash trim, put a holes in the leather around my dash trim, left scratches all over the dash, and broke some of the clips on the trim. This place was so unprofessional and refused to answer my questions. I do not recommend them! read more

I was quoted a price of $180 to tint all the windows in my Ford pickup , side windows and rear window and told it would take two hours. It took 3 and a half hours . Some kid did the work and left bubbles in the rear window which I pointed out to the owner and he had him fix that . The kid left the pickup a mess . Left used razor blades in the seat and floor . Also the film he trimmed off as he worked, he just threw it on the floor , seat, and behind the seat . I would not recommend these clowns to do any work !!! read more

Sold me used and broken fuses VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I do not recommend these guys to anyone

I've come to get a stereo done here and tint done here in the past 5 years. I can't believe how bad this place has become. I can't believe they're still in business. I trusted them with my new Chrysler 300 to tint the new windows. When they finished, it had bubbles in every window. They told me it was normal and would go away in a few days. That's the first time anyone has ever told me this in all the times I've had tint done. I came back a week later because they were wrong and it still had bubble in every window. They removed the tint and redid it. There was still bubbles. Sooo, two weeks later I came back on there designated warranty days. The owner told me they do warranties on Friday and Mondays. The owner says he can't fix the back window of my brand new car because someone has scratched up both edges of the window. Sound FX is the only people who had crawled into my back seat and worked on my new window. Now I have to get a new defrosted window so I can get tint on the last window of my car. These people are horrible and they do this often. I see the other post now and I wonder how many other haven't complained. They need to be put out of business before they do anymore damages. read more

I made an appointment online, but when I arrived at my assigned time, I was told there was no record of my appointment. I had already paid to have my windows tinted ahead of time. Rather than try to get me in at that time anyway, they told me that I would have to come back 3 hours later (SUPER inconvenient). When I did come back, I was ignored until I demanded attention and even then I was treated terribly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

In Feb 2015, I went to this place to get my windows tinted because they had a Groupon. I paid $139 for the Groupon which was for window tinting for 5 windows and a lifetime warranty. Little naive me did not realize that I could have gone somewhere else and paid much less for the same thing. The people who greeted me were nice enough and there was one guy who genuinely seemed to want to do a good job on my car. It took them about 3 to 4 hours to get the tinting done. Right away, I noticed tiny bubbles and asked if they could remove them. The guy told me that it's normal and will go away in a couple of weeks. This was not one of the guys who worked on my car. About a week later, I noticed that the tinting on the back door on the driver's side had "shrunk". There was now a 3/4 centimeter gap between the tint and the edge of the window. The bubbles were still there also. Since it had a lifetime warranty, I did not worry about taking it back anytime soon. I brought it back July 2016. I told the owner about how I bought the Groupon and that it has a lifetime warranty. He said that the Groupon didn't come with a lifetime warranty and that there was no way I paid $139 for the Groupon because they are having a special for window tinting for $89. (I obviously got jipped with the Groupon) So I showed him the Groupon AND the receipt that I got from them (the guy who said that the bubbles would go away in a couple of weeks wrote "lifetime warranty" on it). Even after that, he was still denying the lifetime warranty! He said he would only fix one window, the one with the gap. So the other windows with the bubbles didn't get fixed. I left the shop swearing that I will write a bad review and maybe even report to BBB. A week later, the window that got "fixed" had a gap again! Please stay away from this place! Stay far away from this window tinting shop!!!! Waste of TIME, MONEY and your good looking car will leave the shop looking like a joke. The only reason I took my sports car to this shop was because the original shop I used to go to called Texans Tinters had moved. Texans Tinters did tint jobs on two of my cars in the past and both tint jobs were picture perfect each done only once with no complaints. I took my car to this joke of a shop for a full window tint job 35% in front 5% in back. It took these amatures a full day to complete the job so i didnt get my car until late at night. Right off the bat when I got my car back I noticed big bubbles larger than the size of a dime and the tint was poorly placed. I immediatley went back in the shop and complained. All they could tell me was that it is normal and will go away in 3 days to a week and if it doesnt go away just bring it back for a replacement. My stomach just dropped i knew i just got jipped. Well the next day when i could actually see the tint i saw even worse things. These guys are so unproffesional that they left dirt particles in between the window and the tint which shows that they didnt even clean and prep the windows not to mention air bubbles. Also whoever did the tint job left nasty food stauns and dirt in the back seats which u had to ckean by hand. I called the shop and compalined and of course what do they say.... Sorry sir bring the car in a week and well replace the tint. So not only did i ride around a week with my car looking like crap i had to waste more of my time to go back for a tint job that should have been done the right way. Second time i took my car to the shop and the same problem occured bubbles and dirt particles. I know have a strain of hair in the window tint. Workers dont give a crap this time left dirt and water all in the car. Didnt even bother to clean up my car I called the owner demanding a refund. He refuses to give me back $140. All he offers is for me to come back for window tint replacement. I will not let these amatures lay a finger on my car. Poor service and i lost money!! read more

I have been to this place a few times, it has always been a hit or miss type deal,mostly miss. Anyways, this last time, f@!# this, I am done with them. They screwed up my projector headlamps that I ordered by not sealing them correctly, so when it rained I had a crap load of moisture inside. I ordered another pair, thank god the company I ordered from was nice enough to replace them. I took them somewhere else to get them installed, did not say anything and the guy doing the install came out and said, "hey, you didn't seal the HID in correctly!" I explained it was not me, it was sound fx.. also, when I purchased the HID, I asked for clear HIDs, the owner was like, yeah, no problem.. blah blah blah.. I did not notice till a week later that they were not clear but blue.. 8k.. I do not drive this vehicle honestly, it is my wife's SUV. I talked to him about the 8k HIDs, he said he would order them and call me.. I have not heard back from him in over 3 weeks, called him twice since that time.. Avoid this place like the plague, guys are thieves and service is crap. I have no clue how they manage to stay in business this long. And yes, they know me very well, my family owns a business right down the street. I tried keeping my business with them but never again!! I am so angry, this incident cost me an extra 250 bucks and then the wrong set of HIDs.. OMG, WTF is wrong with these guys. I am currently looking for another shop to take my vehicle to and get some new HIDs.. Just thinking about having to do this makes my blood burn, I do not have a choice because I cannot see that well at night with the 8000k, probably sold me a set of ebay HIDs.. avoid this place, I support family owned business, but I do not support thieves. read more
