Their customer service was terrible and the slam to the recipe & pen was completely uncalled for . I didn't wanna ruin this experience for my daughter so I kept my cool. If i was alone I would have walked out the store and spended my money somewhere else . I definitely wouldn't ever come back or recommend this place to anyone . Do better

We were at a loss on how to replace it as it was a hand made piece. I learned about woodlab on instagram. So we met up and Jeremy was great. He sent me some initial designs and I wanted more. I wanted something I did not even know if it was possible. BUT they made it happen. They collaborate with MadMetals and we have the most beautiful sign I have ever seen. Months later I still walk out and stare at it. Its a work of art. It was worth the wait, worth the money, and I am happy to have developed a relationship with such a great local company.

Not meaning that the quality is poor, but the the pieces are generally small, lower in price and easy to carry away than the competetion on the other side of the plaza. While well made, I would categorize the selection as a bit "cutsie," which for me is a turn-off. After 30 minutes of browsing, I found nothing to buy, which is unusual for me. If looking for a gift for a student there, this is the place to come. But for more mature tastes, I would go elsewhere.

The owner had to be called over the phone to verify the price. I bought the bag for $44. It was only a week, and the zipper started breaking. I went down there yesterday and the owner was present. I told her about the problem with the bag, and she remembered the exchange about the original purchase, but she refused to give me the other bag in exchange for the broken one. her reason was that I had been incorrectly quoted on the price of the first one, and I was only to recieve credit for that part and would have to pay the difference which was $40 more dollars. In no way was any of this my fault, of course. The shoddy over priced merchandise, her pricing error, or her hapless teenage employee who was just trying to help. I still was getting screwed by this old snatch with an overpriced junk shop. I took my bag back and left, never to return. Maybe I can glue it.
