Omg I loved this small hole in the wall shop, we popped in thinking we could pick up fronto leaves... they didn't have them but the girl at the counter was so sweet she took it upon herself to call another shop down the street to see if they had them because she worried about the traffic... who does that?! She did! That was the sweetest thing ever! Anyway by then we were looking around finding some cute stuff soaps, glassware, trinkets, books & clothing... they have way more gift items than you might imagine. Headies Rejoice! This place honestly has it all. From Marbles to Pendants to Pins to Roller-skates. Aptly named STIL, for Sh*t That I Like, i stopped in for 10mm Banger to find gifts galore. I also bought a couple bath bombs, a pendant for my partner, and a couple pins. Needless to say i enjoyed my entire experience. Do not visit. They sell defective Kratom packaging, and when notified, they offer neither apology nor refund. In fact, for continuing to visit and not eating how they did me wrong, I have been banned from the store Abysmal service, awful customer service relations, and a manager too inexperienced to attempt to remediate my experience. They overcharge on glass and accessories they do not understand, and in the past have sold me e nail accessories not suitable for the common generic wiring set up. People only use stores like this for the convenience and to experience pleasant customer service. The employees here are foul, bored, and do not crave your business. Indeed, you coming in means they have to work, which they seem to struggle with. Terrible experience. My wife and I went in to get her some new plugs and the lady behind the counter used this metal thing to look at the size rather than comparing them to the ones that my wife was wearing. We ended up purchasing 2 sets of wooden plugs that ended up being significantly bigger than her actual size. They said they can't even exchange them for the correct size. Worse smoke shop in Eureka hands down. Everything else is way overpriced anyways. Will not be reccommending to anyone or ever returning. read more

They wouldn't budge on the prices at all, would have been nice if I felt like I was getting a deal, but I wanted to support local business. I purchased a scale from them. They tested it out, and it worked. When I got home, it was broken. When I brought it back they refused to return or exchange it, and told me that I must deal with the company directly. They replaced the bunk batteries and it turned on. When I got home, it would not turn on. I brought it back, and through some arguing, they agreed to give me store credit. They should have given me my cash back, but at least they gave me a working product in the end. Super knowledgable staff but that seems to be where it ends. read more
