First time at SoulCycle and it was a blast. I went to Andres class which was a "JLO vs. Shakira" at 5:30pm on Wednesday. I signed up online and checked in with no hassle. The class wasn't super packed but the energy in there was amazing. I can't wait to come back at least three times a week.

Took Pinij's class and am still sore days later!! Such a fun atmosphere during the class with good music and you definitely leave feeling accomplished. A group of us went for a friend birthday and they took a picture of him at the end of class and brought a candle for him to blow out, it was really thoughtful. The studio is similar to other soul's I have been to, except for a very important detail, THIS SOUL HAS LE LABO SOAP!!! (Yes soap, just go try it, trust me!!) it smells amazing and makes you feel so clean before leaving the studio. Also cute signs and stuff to take pictures with for the gram. Only thing - I wish soul was less expensive :-( Not anything specific to this studio though!

Our fabulous network group had a charity ride session at Soulcycle!

I'm so thrilled about all the spinning studies Houston has now. I got to participate in a class today as part of the Houston Ellevate network group. Love the location, was able to find parking easily and check in team was great, friendly and efficient. Only four stars because I had trouble getting someone to help me adjust my bike and it still didn't feel right so the ride was a little uncomfortable for me. Also, the bikes are SO close together that I kept hitting my poor neighbor :( Other than that, it was a terrific experience. Loved the music, the energy and the facility. I will be back and will try to get better help with the adjustment process. Also, lockers were spacious and easy to use. Everything was markes and clear, making it easy to find your way around. They sell nice, large bottles of Smart Water for $2. This is a great addition to Houston's fitness studios!

Super cool display!! This is how the bikes actually look so cool!!

Fast forward to now, when I renewed my ClassPass for a month trial, RYDE was the very first class I booked because it was my favorite. I've tried other cycling establishments, but RYDE reigns superior. The studio is clean and modern. And the bathrooms are equipped with everything a girl will need, and they have Aesop soap! That's all that I need to say. I am a regular rock climber, but once I phase out of that, I can definitely see myself being a RYDE regular. The classes are high-energy, and the instructors are fantastic at keeping you motivated. I thoroughly enjoyed my classes with Gustavo and Leon. If you are on the fence about giving cycling here a chance, please do yourself a favor and try it out. It is like a party, but you're putting your energy into biking. I'm not sure when I will be back because I currently cannot justify paying almost $300 a month for a membership, but I look forward to my next visit to RYDE!

I've taken multiple teachers, and all have been great. Be warned, this is the type of cycling class where you'll be doing arm choreography, but that's what makes it so fun! The static fit yoga class at Duo Houston with Lesbianland was such a good time. It was outside, the weather cooperated, and the energy was just right. A whole crowd of beautiful women, good music, and a space that felt safe, calm, and fun all at the same time. Morgan Brown led the class and really set the tone. It felt grounding but still had a little spice to it, not boring at all. After class, they had matcha and acai bowls and gave us 15% off, which I love because who doesn't want a little reward after pretending you can plank longer than you actually can. Speaking of... they had a planking contest and somebody held it for over five minutes. I tapped out mentally just watching. Only thing to note, if you want coffee you'll need to walk over to a nearby shop in Autry Park, but it's super close so no complaints there. Overall, great vibes, great people, and definitely a space I'd come back to.

It was okay but not bad. I am curious with the persimmon cold foam. I love eating persimmon and I've never seen this on a menu before. I order the lox toast and it was big but I finished it. It must have been the breastfeeding hunger because I thought for sure I wouldn't finish it. This was delicious! Sitting is not as big as the heights location. There is bench sitting with small tables. Other is other small seating as well. Then towards the back is the pilates action.

Since I mapped it out beforehand, I knew where to park and how to get to the gym. This was a fairly large shopping area, but EQX was right there, and the desk is there in front once you enter. There was a really nice girl this day with long braids, and she directed me upstairs to the locker room and informed me that parking validation was not necessary at this time; the gate just went up as you pulled up to it. Perfect! After going upstairs, I did wander around and then a trainer directed me over to the locker room, which was spacious and very clean. The fitness floor is on the second, and as soon as I found the treadmills, I knew where I belonged. Light movement in the stretching area after, and then back to a shower with decent water pressure. What I was fascinated with was how friendly staff was. Trainers actually smiled and said goodbye which you won't normally see in California or New York. I certainly wasn't at home! Compared to other locations, this one was very low-key, although I admit I came during the afternoon where it was probably quieter. I had forgotten this is the location that I was in contact with back in 2020 when I had ordered some masks from their shop since they were actually open. I had such a good experience that the trip here to see them in person was worth it!

For a first timer, you can also receive a 25% discount as well. Kristen was my esthetician and she was truly the best! You could tell that she was very experienced. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products and the facial itself was very relaxing. Really enjoyed the lymphatic drainage the most, she had my face looking snatched and jawline on point and skin truly glowing. 100% recommend booking her for a facial! The instructors have AMAZING energy, especially when we first took our class with Sergio. He was motivating, smiled, and just had this high energy that kept me going in my workout. ESPECIALLY, during the first 20 min of the spin portion. I recorded my workouts on my apple watch for each section and booooiiii you basically burn about 400 calories total! Since the fusion is incorporating yoga into all of the classes there's a bit of redundancy. But all in all the facilities are always clean and functional. The front desk staff is usually pretty helpful and they have a variety of instructors with a variety of intensities. I love Hope and Morgan for Pilates as I find their classes challenging but doable. I do wish there were more specific form corrections especially in smaller classes or heavier lifts. I also agree that packing 60 people into a room where you can barely completely movements without bumping your neighbor is annoying but I've found most studios around houston are like that at peak times.
