My husband and I treated ourselves to an hour foot massage and we both left feeling relaxed. The foot reflexology room is separate from the rest of the spa. I do think next time I would bring my headphones though as sound very much carries from the lobby and Route 27. All of the staff were super friendly and personable. No one tried to upsell and services are reasonably priced. I look forward to returning!

This place is for people who want therapy to improve their mental and physical health. So, please do yourself a favor and make sure that that's genuinely why you're coming. Michelle is a gem of a massage therapist and deserves all the reviews that she gets. We checked in after 5pm, and it was pleasantly quiet; most guests were in the common area lounging or eating, with very few people in the baths or saunas. The food was just as good as I remembered, with generous portions.

They then assign you a small locker for your shoes and then you go inside to the gender specific locker rooms where you have a larger locker. They issue you a uniform that you need to wear while in the common areas so you need to change into that in the locker room. Since the locker rooms are gender specific, all baths within that area require full nudity (I did not participate in those but I heard they were wonderful). Any service like mud bath and scrubs require full nudity and you can sign up online or right inside the locker room. If nudity isn't your thing, there are still plenty of things to do (just no bath stuff). In the common area, all genders intermingle and there are 5 different saunas will all different temperatures and all different themes. They have a sleeping room (which is also used for a nice yoga class), lounge chairs, a common sitting area, a cafe, and a small eatery. You can rent games at the cafe for free and the cafe has a huge menu of both healthy and indulgent treats. You can sign up for different massages, facial, hair, or foot treatments right in the common area. I do suggest signing up for these services online beforehand because they fill up quickly (all services are an extra charge and automatically add an 18% gratuity). We spent about 7 hours here with a group of 7 people and we wish we had more time. I do wish that they had proper showers inside with curtains and/or a changing area for those of us that are a little shy. Staff was friendly and we'll definitely be back. Afternoon got crowded so I would suggest going earlier in the day if you're going on a weekend.

They're three walls (not completely to the ceiling and the 4th wall is a curtain. Because of this, you can hear a lot of outside noise which may distract you from fully relaxing.
