Every meal and side we have had from here has been great. The pork spare ribs and smoked wings are my standout meats here, they are so smoky and flavorful. The collard greens are perfectly savory and delicious, we tried the potato salad for the first time and it's my favorite I've had so far, it's not sweet at all which is my preference. Always get a peach cobbler, too. Service is about as fast as it can be given how busy they can be!

The pulled chicken sandwich was good, but unfortunately the wings were a disappointment. They lacked flavor and weren't enjoyable enough for me to finish. My wife and son-in-law both had the pulled pork and thought it was good. My stepdaughter ordered the brisket and described it as just "okay." The service was underwhelming. The staff didn't seem particularly interested in helping, and the self-serve ice machine repeatedly jammed. The dining area also could have used a little more attention to cleanliness. Overall, the food ranged from okay to good, but nothing stood out enough to make us want to come back. With so many great BBQ options around Atlanta, I'd recommend trying somewhere else.

It's good if you can have someone to share the food with, for sure. Cons: It was LOUD. We asked a few times if the volume of the speakers could be turned down, as the music was turned up to club volume, but we were told it's trivia night and the people needed to hear (there are two sections of the restaurant, I don't know why participants couldn't all sit on one side). It was difficult to talk and listen to friends who were literally right next to me. Once the dj and the host left, it was easier to talk, but my ears were ringing (until the next day). It's unfortunate because we chose this spot cuz it's nearby and I really wanted to catch up with a friend, but that didn't really happen. If you go, you might want to bring ear plugs.

I love this type of food, so after searching around and checking out the menu beforehand, I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the gumbo, which was very good, along with the crawfish étouffée. I finished everything off with the bread pudding, and that was amazing. Overall, the food definitely did not disappoint. The restaurant was less than half a mile from the hotel where I was staying, and there was plenty of parking. When you walk in, there's a dining area to the right with a nice outdoor view. As you continue farther inside, there are two larger dining areas with plenty of seating. You can also see into part of the kitchen where they're cooking, and there's a large bar area off to the right. The service was good and quick, and the food was excellent. Everything came out without a long wait, and I really enjoyed the whole meal. If you enjoy Louisiana, Cajun, or Creole-style food and you're in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out. I would definitely come back, especially for that bread pudding!

I was pleasantly surprised by this spot! I read reviews prior to making the decision to check this…read morespot out. For the most part, people seemed to enjoy it so I was convinced I should check it out. The restaurant is located inside of the Hilton airport Hotel. There is a secure parking lot that requires you to pull a ticket when you enter. The restaurant will validate the parking ticket for you ! When I walked in I was greeted by a staff member and seated immediately. Shortly after I was seated my wait staff came over and introduced herself. She took my drink order and said she would allow me time to look over the menu. I asked my wait staff her thoughts on the Mac and cheese. I am picky about eating Mac and cheese from places. Most don't know how to make real Mac & cheese ( if you know what I mean)! She told me it was pretty solid. - As such I ordered the following: Crab bisque Smoked chicken wing plate served with two sides: Mac & cheeses and asparagus were my picks! The crab bisque did take a long time to come out. It was so delayed that my main course came out shortly after the soup. It was not ideal, but I made it work! The crab bisque was solid. I would order it again. The wing plate also exceeded my expectations! I was impressed with the mac and cheese. The asparagus were large, which was concerning to me! Like how did they get so big? Steroids? Nonetheless, they were cooked to perfection! I did get the banana pudding to go- this was the only item I would not order again! It was basic and I only took a few bites and ended up trashing it . Overall I would reconned this spot! Service was spot on- and for a hotel restaurant the food is pretty good!

Dinner was decent, the brisket was tender and their bbq sauce was tasty... their peach cobbler was a bit lacking... crusty was over battered and doughy to the point of almost being raw... very underwhelming to end a decent meals... breakfast service was non existent and coffee was rancid. They charged tip automatically and it made me feel like they forced me to pay for service I did not received. Not a great way to keep costumers... maybe that's why only hotel guests are forced to eat here... The lobby area and bar was well decorated and had a great ambience. But that's all it has... hotel lobby aesthetics :(

When I walked in, the restaurant was busy, and it was obvious they had a lot of orders to handle. Even with all that was going on, Sydney greeted me with a warm smile, made eye contact, asked how my day was going, and made me feel like a valued customer. She was friendly, engaging, and never seemed overwhelmed despite leading the team and keeping everything running smoothly. That's the kind of customer service that leaves a lasting impression. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I can definitely see why this place stays busy. Great food is one thing, but outstanding employees like Sydney are what keep people coming back. Keep up the great work!

The mashed potatoes tasted sour, they ran out of cornbread so I asked for some white bread, the server, gave me a crazed look and said..I will see what I can do...the sweet potatoes were bland, and very little...i purchased a piece of white layered cake , with orange colored icing...the cake was definitely stale, and cold from constant refrigeration, which is to simply hide the staleness....i will never ever eat at another big daddy,s restaurant again...the cashier, before she ran up my purchase, asked me if I don't mind reading and answering a question displayed on the cash register monitor screen...that question was how much would you like to Tip.....not did you find everything ok...is there anything thing else I can do for you.. No simply how much do you want to tip.. Avoid this old national location at all Cost. The food is simply repulsive....and yes I gave a tip of 4.00 dollars to the cashier. And $10.00 dollars to the older cute waitress, who was so rude. She didn't say even thankyou..Avoid at all Cost. I recall around 2017..bid daddy had a restaurant location downtown, near the courthouse...i and my co workers went to try his food. I ordered spaghetti and to my surprise they put bbq sauce in their spaghetti.....all these years and their food and service is still on the bottom I

I had the gnocchi, which was their vegetarian dish, and was able to add salmon to it. It was really, really good. The service was wonderful too. The wait staff were knowledgeable and attentive, and the whole experience somehow made you forget you were sitting inside an airport. Even the music was great. Service was great, waitress had great recommendations for everyone in her area. She also added sauce on the side for me to try. I ordered lamb couscous plate, forgot the official name of it but lamb was very tender and juicy, cooked to perfection. Couscous was firm but cooked, hummus and tahini flow with that combo very well. My only complaint about this dish is the combo of warm and cold ingredients. Everything was warmed and cooked but the vegetables that were on top, it surprised me for sure. However it was still tasty. They served food and drinks in glass and ceramics, which i am very appreciative of, no plastic water cups, i know that bar is low but that is just a reality nowadays. Good food selection, great customer care, maybe just a tiny bit more attention to the food composition. Would recommend! P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.
