Just went today for an appointment I had at 12:00pm. They took their time and the time really showed up on my nails. Celebrating my Bday in style (first time getting ballerina coffin nails (bit longer than I am used to but I wanted to try it out)). Long story short I love it. I was nervous that my vision found from Pinterest wouldn't come out so good but my nails were exceptionally done and I have no qualms about it. I usually come here for my brows and toes and nothing more. Kim usually does my brows but unfortunately she is no longer with the shop so I may have to find elsewhere! But it's close by and they do my toes just fine and efficiently. Sometimes it's hot but as of lately they seemed to fix their AC. read more

Service was great. I came in for a nail removal, full set, and pedicure. They were very friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that the lady that did my full set cut my finger while filing my nails otherwise I would have rated 5 stars. Will still come back and give them another try. Came here last minute with a friend to get mani/pedis. Prices here are much higher than many other places in the area. $40 for a pedicure? I figured i'd give them a chance anyways, since it appeared to be a pretty clean place. My pedicure was fine. The shellac however, was the most ridiculous process i have ever been through. The lady who did them painted on such thin coats, that the color came out to just look like clear nail polish. My friend's, who picked out the same color as me, looked good though, so I pointed over and asked her to make it look like hers. Instead of doing what I very politely asked, she said that she couldn't, and then started talking about me in vietnamese and rolling her eyes. Just because I don't look 100% vietnamese doesn't mean I don't understand it! They obviously don't have things organized either. The first lady told me that shellac nails were $30, and the second told me it was $32. Because i was so unhappy with my nails, the owner took off $7. Big whoop. Worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more

Appointment yesterday went very well. Kept it as soon as I arrived. Fast friendly service. These people remember you and when you come in next time you are made to feel like a friend. The service was awesome as always. Bebe always takes her time and is very detail oriented. Pays attention and asks if that's ok etc etc. makes the service feel customized to my liking. Came here once because my friend took me. It was around this time last year. We both got Shellac and a Pedicure. I paid for her pedicure, and all my services. 1) One of the ladies cut my toe nails and now my toe nails grows awkwardly. I can't blame them? Yes I can. My mother does nails and used to do mine all the time so I know when someone effed up my nails. 2) I choose a shellac color and they picked me another color without telling me. I wanted a dark red but got a purple-ish color. My gel nails came out so thick that I was able to remove the whole thing I next day 3) The equipment is NOT clean. The lady just sprayed it down and put it in the oven. 4) When we were leaving the lady stopped my friend and gave her trouble be they said she didn't pay when I clearly paid for her. I got really upset and start to speak in Vietnamese to them then they let us go. I haven't been back since. I rather go to the one in the gas station than here. read more

I would not go to this place for any type of waxing. My face got burnt and broke out in a rash when I went to them. It took more than 2 weeks for my face to heal and I was miserable. Thought to try this place for both a pedi and mani since its just 3 minutes from my house (had been using a different one which was also closeby but not as close). On arrival i was the only one there with the 3 staff just sitting around (RED FLAG!). Started with the pedi which wasnt so bad except that the sweet girl wasnt doing it well. Didnt have a clue about the calluses (poor training maybe?). The worst experience was the manicurist who was chipping at my nails like she had some unresolved "beef" with those nails - so much aggression. Oh and the massage from hell - more like punches from Muhammed Ali. Painful and hurried. No technique. No deliberation. Then time for polish. I asked for a natural pink color but not a single one available. Manager was called by the staff to see any other thing was available but she gave a glance then walked away. Had to have a chat with her about customer service. Reversed my previous choices and chose just the basics and bolted out as soon as i could. Did i mention that there was nothing relaxing there? Loud TV, angry looking staff, overall bad energy really. A long no-no for me. read more
