Again, their system asked me to check-in, and today, 45 minutes before my appointment, they called me to tell me they were out of that vaccine, that they had used the last one. She was very nice and friendly, so I honestly feel bad leaving a negative review. But I don't feel like my issue was properly evaluated, and being sent to the ER ended up costing me additional time and money. I also just found out they billed my insurance around $620 for that 7-minute visit, which is honestly insane. I personally wouldn't recommend Carbon Health for anything more than a straightforward issue like a cold.
