Black Sesame Smoothie w/ oat milk
    Justis T.

I've never heard of this business, but we stumbled upon it in the Tysons Corner Center. We originally visited to find "A Christmas To Remember" (a business which no longer has a store but only a kiosk in the mall for Christmas 2025) and experience the Christmas village on PenFed Plaza. For various reasons, we didn't experience either the Christmas store or the temporary Christmas village, but we did do some other window shopping and enjoyed drinks from this kiosk. Drink prices are competitive with other boba/bubble tea joints popping up in the region, and familiar flavor profiles and options are available here, too. The service was quick and friendly. I really enjoyed my black sesame smoothie, and I personalized mine with oat milk and only 50% of the standard sweetness. There's no dedicated seating, but you can definitely window shop or sit in the food court area.

Look at the fine texture of the shaved ice! Rip my diet

THEY HAVE BINGSOO, ITS THE SAME AS THEIR ANNANDALE LOCATION!!! Food: Their drinks run a little too sweet for me so I get 50% sugar (I have a sweet tooth). My favorite is their Injeolmi smoothie! Their Bingsoo (Shaved Ice) is PHENOMENAL (same as Annandale!). I won't lie, I was a little skeptical because the ice was preshaved for the cup size, and I was worried the shaved ice would have melted and stuck together. That is not the case at all!! It is a little packed down toward the bottom but it is still very fine with a soft mouth feel! I got the Black Sesame Bingsoo in a cup size and it came with almonds, red bean, cornflakes, a scoop of icecream, coffee drizzle on the icecream, and black sesame powder! Note this is NOT a snowcone. I suspect it's a milktea block that was frozen and shaved so that's why the texture is so soft! Ambiance: The Kiosk is very clean and has an aesthetic modern natural look. There is some bar seating on the side. Why you should support them: Soricha is owned by the sweetest older Korean couple I know. The wife is very knowledgeable with Korean herbal teas and is now sharing her healthy teas through their shops. You can tell they really care about their stores and quality because you can frequently see both of them at both locations

First time trying bingsoo and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I first went to the flagship location and saw the massive ones there but I was solo and didnt want to waste any. So, I was elated to discover that this location existed and allowed for me to have my first bingsoo! The flavor was incredible! The smaller amount could have fed two people but I was able to take in more than half while walking the mall. Service was friendly and I even got to try the roasted dandelion tea which shockingly tasted just like coffee! I will have to order that the next time I'm at either locations. They have sitting around the kiosk but you can always take your order to go and walk the mall, too.

Really solid black sesame bingsoo! I love their black sesame one so much so I order two days in a row. Very rich texture and if you are an Asian who doesn't like too sweet things I would say go for the 50% sweet option! It tasted perfect the ice cream combination made it really refreshing

I recently discovered Soricha at their brick-and-mortar location in Annandale and had a great experience. So, I was both surprised and excited to see a pop-up at the mall. I tried the Mugwort Matcha (iced, with oat milk and unsweetened), and it was perfect--exactly what I was craving. The staff was also quick and easy to talk to.

    Bing soo with red bean
    Elizabeth S.

Best bing soo I've ever had, although also the most expensive!! Keep in mind this bing soo is meant to be shared for 4+ people. It's bigger than my face. I got the ingeolmi (soy bean powder) bing soo and it was delicious. Place is also decorated nicely and a cozy place to come chill with friends or study. Trust me -- you will have never had such delicious and light bing soo as this before.

Service is always great! I either order on the app or at the kiosk. Staff are quick to make drinks. Love the little samples of beverages. I also love their bingsoo and they have two sizes here! Perfect dessert Different ambiance compared to their other location, but same great drinks!

    Mugwort Matcha Hojicha latte
    Sharon H.

A sweet treat at the mall! Both the mugwort and the hojicha are solid choices--it is quite sweet though so save it as a dessert! Although mugwort tends to be bitter with a sweet undertone, you really don't taste it in the mugwort matcha. The hojicha is a bit nutty and earthy but still very sweet. There are a couple of high seats to relax after shopping. The staff is very helpful and we got to try some new flavors like the peach lemonade.

Soricha is one of my favorite places to go (both locations) for delicious teas and Ades. Both locations offer Bingsoo as well, however the benefit of the Tyson's location is that they have a small 16 oz version. The cup Bingsoo is made with shaved Hojicha milk tea and is topped with corn flakes, sliced almonds, vanilla ice cream and syrup. You can choose between black sesame and soybean. We ordered the black sesame and it was delicious. I already love their Hojicha, so having it in dessert form was amazing, can't wait to go back!

As a fan of the Soricha franchise for many years, I've been coming to this kiosk location ever since it's opening. I've had nothing but excellent service through Bae and Kyung and they've really upped the kiosk adding seats on the side, with TV screens that displays the menu on all sides of the kiosk. You can order through the kiosk but the staff are super personable and love taking the orders directly as well! I am excited to try their cup bingsoo but my go-to is usually their Hojicha Smoothie or Roasted Dandelion Smoothie (all the flavorful pleasure of coffee- without the caffeine). Can confidently say this place still maintains its high quality and service.

    Bingsoo shaved ice
    Jessica S.

Came specifically for the bingsoo (shaved ice) on a hot summer day, but I'll have to return for the teas. Korean shaved ice is different from Chinese (what I usually order) and so I'll spend some time describing this one as I didn't get to choose my own toppings. They offer only one type of bingsu with some minor customizations, such as black sesame powder instead of soy powder. Otherwise it's shaved ice with a ball of old fashioned vanilla iced cream, mochi rice cakes, red bean, and corn flakes. It came with condensed milk as well. Overall a light not overly sweet taste (the highest Asian dessert compliment) that was refreshing and enough to share :D Will be back for the milk teas next!

Really refreshing juice. They had it for samples for it and we tried it and i really liked it. It was $7.00 per juice. It was decent juice.

This is located first floor in the middle of the mall. I tried the roasted dandelion smoothie. It was really good. Gina took care of me and she very very kind. I appreciate that.

There's some parking available right outside, and despite living in McLean for several years, I hadn't realized there's actually a food hall in the building. That alone makes it a decent option for teleworking or a casual stop. As for the food--it reminded me quite a bit of Paris Baguette. Cakes seemed slightly more expensive, while pastries were more in line price-wise. I tried a jalapeño cheese croissant, a garlic butter bun, spinach egg bites, and a tiramisu iced coffee. The croissant was just okay, but the garlic butter bun stood out--nicely balanced between salty and sweet, and definitely the highlight. The egg bites were comparable to Starbucks; honestly, it's hard to say which is better, but Starbucks might have the edge in both portion size and price. The tiramisu iced coffee leaned too sweet--my partner especially felt it was a bit overdone. Ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would I come back? Probably to try the cakes. Otherwise, it's not a place I'd rush back to--but still worth checking out once.

I'm so glad I did. Their matcha is top tier. I ordered two regular matchas with regular sugar, one blueberry matcha with regular sugar, a regular iced coffee, four cupcakes (strawberry shortcake and mango), and a sesame egg tart. Now before y'all start judging me, these were not all for me . My back is getting big, I don't need all that to add to it lol. Everything was packaged securely and presented beautifully. What impressed me even more was the customer service. Orders are placed on a kiosk that sits a little away from the staff, so I honestly didn't think anyone was paying much attention to who ordered what. Imagine my surprise when one of the staff members walked my order directly to me with a kind and friendly smile instead of leaving it in the pickup area. That level of attention is impressive. Do you know how hard it is to make customers feel seen with minimal human interaction? Kudos to the team for pulling that off. Now, while I wanted to give five stars, there was one small miss. The cupcakes were a bit dry, and the mango filling wasn't quite my favorite. However, the sesame egg tart was hitting on every level. My only regret was not buying more of them and somehow convincing someone to hand over the recipe lol. Parking was easy and located right out front. I will definitely be back to try more items. My team loved everything I brought back, so I don't think they're going to let me get away with not bringing them more next time.
