A small Korean drink vendor inside the Tysons mall! I got the dandelion slush which had a roasted caramel taste and was refreshing. Their focus is coffee and teas, and they were very quick with making the drinks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's a few bar seating along the side of the vendor stand[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I've never heard of this business, but we stumbled upon it in the Tysons Corner Center. We originally visited to find "A Christmas To Remember" (a business which no longer has a store but only a kiosk in the mall for Christmas 2025) and experience the Christmas village on PenFed Plaza. For various reasons, we didn't experience either the Christmas store or the temporary Christmas village, but we did do some other window shopping and enjoyed drinks from this kiosk. Drink prices are competitive with other boba/bubble tea joints popping up in the region, and familiar flavor profiles and options are available here, too. The service was quick and friendly. I really enjoyed my black sesame smoothie, and I personalized mine with oat milk and only 50% of the standard sweetness. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's no dedicated seating, but you can definitely window shop or sit in the food court area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

THEY HAVE BINGSOO, ITS THE SAME AS THEIR ANNANDALE LOCATION!!! Food: Their drinks run a little too sweet for me so I get 50% sugar (I have a sweet tooth). My favorite is their Injeolmi smoothie! Their Bingsoo (Shaved Ice) is PHENOMENAL (same as Annandale!). I won't lie, I was a little skeptical because the ice was preshaved for the cup size, and I was worried the shaved ice would have melted and stuck together. That is not the case at all!! It is a little packed down toward the bottom but it is still very fine with a soft mouth feel! I got the Black Sesame Bingsoo in a cup size and it came with almonds, red bean, cornflakes, a scoop of icecream, coffee drizzle on the icecream, and black sesame powder! Note this is NOT a snowcone. I suspect it's a milktea block that was frozen and shaved so that's why the texture is so soft! Ambiance: [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Kiosk is very clean and has an aesthetic modern natural look. There is some bar seating on the side.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Why you should support them: Soricha is owned by the sweetest older Korean couple I know. The wife is very knowledgeable with Korean herbal teas and is now sharing her healthy teas through their shops. You can tell they really care about their stores and quality because you can frequently see both of them at both locations

First time trying bingsoo and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I first went to the flagship location and saw the massive ones there but I was solo and didnt want to waste any. So, I was elated to discover that this location existed and allowed for me to have my first bingsoo! The flavor was incredible! The smaller amount could have fed two people but I was able to take in more than half while walking the mall. Service was friendly and I even got to try the roasted dandelion tea which shockingly tasted just like coffee! I will have to order that the next time I'm at either locations. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have sitting around the kiosk but you can always take your order to go and walk the mall, too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Really solid black sesame bingsoo! I love their black sesame one so much so I order two days in a row. Very rich texture and if you are an Asian who doesn't like too sweet things I would say go for the 50% sweet option! It tasted perfect the ice cream combination made it really refreshing

I recently discovered Soricha at their brick-and-mortar location in Annandale and had a great experience. So, I was both surprised and excited to see a pop-up at the mall. I tried the Mugwort Matcha (iced, with oat milk and unsweetened), and it was perfect--exactly what I was craving. The staff was also quick and easy to talk to.

    Bing soo with red bean

Best bing soo I've ever had, although also the most expensive!! Keep in mind this bing soo is meant to be shared for 4+ people. It's bigger than my face. I got the ingeolmi (soy bean powder) bing soo and it was delicious. Place is also decorated nicely and a cozy place to come chill with friends or study. Trust me -- you will have never had such delicious and light bing soo as this before.

Service is always great! I either order on the app or at the kiosk. Staff are quick to make drinks. Love the little samples of beverages. I also love their bingsoo and they have two sizes here! Perfect dessert Different ambiance compared to their other location, but same great drinks!

    Mugwort Matcha Hojicha latte

A sweet treat at the mall! Both the mugwort and the hojicha are solid choices--it is quite sweet though so save it as a dessert! Although mugwort tends to be bitter with a sweet undertone, you really don't taste it in the mugwort matcha. The hojicha is a bit nutty and earthy but still very sweet. There are a couple of high seats to relax after shopping. The staff is very helpful and we got to try some new flavors like the peach lemonade.

As a fan of the Soricha franchise for many years, I've been coming to this kiosk location ever since it's opening. I've had nothing but excellent service through Bae and Kyung and they've really upped the kiosk adding seats on the side, with TV screens that displays the menu on all sides of the kiosk. You can order through the kiosk but the staff are super personable and love taking the orders directly as well! I am excited to try their cup bingsoo but my go-to is usually their Hojicha Smoothie or Roasted Dandelion Smoothie (all the flavorful pleasure of coffee- without the caffeine). Can confidently say this place still maintains its high quality and service.

Soricha is one of my favorite places to go (both locations) for delicious teas and Ades. Both locations offer Bingsoo as well, however the benefit of the Tyson's location is that they have a small 16 oz version. The cup Bingsoo is made with shaved Hojicha milk tea and is topped with corn flakes, sliced almonds, vanilla ice cream and syrup. You can choose between black sesame and soybean. We ordered the black sesame and it was delicious. I already love their Hojicha, so having it in dessert form was amazing, can't wait to go back!

    Bingsoo shaved ice
    Jessica S.

Came specifically for the bingsoo (shaved ice) on a hot summer day, but I'll have to return for the teas. Korean shaved ice is different from Chinese (what I usually order) and so I'll spend some time describing this one as I didn't get to choose my own toppings. They offer only one type of bingsu with some minor customizations, such as black sesame powder instead of soy powder. Otherwise it's shaved ice with a ball of old fashioned vanilla iced cream, mochi rice cakes, red bean, and corn flakes. It came with condensed milk as well. Overall a light not overly sweet taste (the highest Asian dessert compliment) that was refreshing and enough to share :D Will be back for the milk teas next!

Really refreshing juice. They had it for samples for it and we tried it and i really liked it. It was $7.00 per juice. It was decent juice.

Food was a mixed bag. We started with the yuk hae and mandu, which were solid but not particularly memorable. A note for the mandu was that it came out soggy and sat in water which was a bit disappointing for the price point. The meat quality was excellent though, with great marbling throughout the meal. The banchan leaned lighter in seasoning than I'm used to, but the broccoli and marinated quail eggs were standouts. I also appreciated the variety of salts served alongside the meats. My favorite was the volcanic salt! Service was where things fell short. We felt rushed or almost transaction for most of the meal, and it seemed like closing duties took priority over the guest experience. Tea refills took a while, banchan refills had to be requested multiple times, and there wasn't much guidance throughout the grilling experience. We had to ask what cuts we were eating and what each salt was. At this price point, I expect a little more storytelling and attention to detail. The grill also ran extremely hot, making it easy for some cuts to cook past our preferred temperature and constant smoke blew into the middle seat's face. A few tips: don't wear your nicest clothes because the ventilation isn't on the same level as Seoul Prime or Ingle. Make a reservation if you want a grill table, and don't be afraid to ask for banchan refills!! Would I come back for Korean BBQ? Probably not. I'd personally choose Seoul Prime or Ingle. That said, I saw several main dishes that looked promising, and I'd be open to giving the restaurant another shot. The foundation is there, but for the price and the hype, I think the overall experience needs a bit more refinement.

Well, you got my vote and my loyalty. Place itself is not impressive and service is nice, but not superb. So,I thought on 4 stars, but this food... Wasabi - made in the house, soy sauce- made in the house by chef recipes. Soy sauce is home made!!!! Thick ,complex, tangy and not salty, amazing!!! I ordered sashimi combo this time and it's served with not white lousy rice, but takikomi gohan( please try it). This is one of the most complex flavor combinations in rice I ever had. I felt dashi broth, mirin, tons of veggies and even beans. Sooo nicely served with fish cake flowers on top. Sashimi itself was outstanding, fish selection was excellent, with scallops, squid and freshest cuts of fishes. Previous times I tried rolls and it was amazing as well. Being a big foodie as I am I love finding new restaurants to try and this was did not disappoint! Parking was easy they had some right in the front of the restaurant reserved for customers as well as a garage for more parking spaces if it got crowded. Walking inside it is a small cozy space and because I was by myself I was seated at the sushi bar. I told the sushi maker my food order and the waitress my order for wine. I tried the Merlot and Pinot noir which the merlot was so luscious I got another glass. So my order was fries shrimp shumai, Ile yellowtail combo which came with a yellow tail sashimi, spicy yellow tail roll I added cream cheese, and yellowtail nigiri. So fresh and so pretty how it came out! Aesthetically pleasing top notch! They gave me a few freebies seaweed salad and edamame and a side dish of pickled condiments very tasty. So being the big back that I am I ordered more to go and it was the Ile salmon combo and substituted spicy salmon roll with spicy tuna roll add cream cheese.
