I got the opportunity to try Sorbet King at a Yelp event and it was so delicious! I loved the fruit add ons and the taste, quality, and color of the sorbet. I also loved that it did not make me sick because it was dairy free! Everyone working the stand was super kind and I loved their display. I have to make it out to them again soon.

The customer service was TOP NOTCH. I was as indecisive of what I wanted so I was offered a sample of two delicious flavors. The coconut flavor was rich & decadent. The Mango was refreshing and had the perfect balance of sweet & juicy. I can't wait to try more of the delicious flavors!

My other half and sister-in-law are Filipino, so I'm always down for Filipino food--and especially the desserts! One of my favorites is halo-halo, and of course they have it here. So good and such a fun treat, especially in the Florida heat! What I really love about Sampaguita is how they take Filipino flavors and turn them into creative desserts and ice cream flavors you don't see everywhere else. They have so many unique options, so it's definitely the kind of place where you want to try more than one thing--or keep coming back to try something new each time. The atmosphere is also super cute and welcoming. Every time I've visited Orlando and stopped by, I don't think I've EVER seen this place not busy! That definitely says something. If you're planning to visit, I recommend coming at a good time so you can grab a seat and actually enjoy your dessert without feeling rushed. Whether you already love Filipino desserts or have never tried them before, Sampaguita is absolutely worth a stop.

This has become a regular weekend stop for me and my fam. Especially now that my son has discovered his love for ice cream as well. They're still serving up some of the best ice cream in Orlando with unique Filipino inspired flavors. Now, they also have specialty pastries and desserts. Most recently, we tried their ube cruffin and ube crookie and they were so good -- especially the cruffin. We also just tried their seasonal sweet corn specials this month and OMG... I'm still dreaming about sweet corn sundae. Layers of vanilla soft serve, Biscoff crumble, condensed milk, and toasted sweet corn, topped with honey toast and corn whipped cream. All the flavors mesh perfectly together. It's legit my new favorite dessert, and I wish it was not going away at the end of the month. But I'm sure I'll love their next seasonal special as well because they DO NOT MISS!

This second time was a much better experience! Walking in, we were greeted by a worker there. There are tablets that take your order when you walk in. It's pretty self explanatory for ordering. I noticed the prices had gone down since the last time I went there and they were about $8 and some change per cone which I felt was fair. We waited a few minutes and our cones were ready. There were two tables inside but seating outside too, which we decided to hang. The cone is a donut like pastry that had Nutella on the inside. The cone was filled and then a lot more overflowing. Now the caramel was dripping down making such a mess but I didn't mind it, it added to the experience of such an elaborate desert. Make sure you have plenty of napkins on hand! I'm glad we sat outside because my cone was just dripping all over the place. I was trying to keep up with eating it so it wouldn't be so messy. I think it was a me problem because my friend that I was with wasn't nearly as messy as mine! There were trash cans outside so I can to go back inside to throw out the napkins and my cup. The lady who worked there thanked us again for coming in and said bye Overall a great experience. Again, I think it was a me problem with being so messy eating it so I won't take away a star for that!

The pandan was smooth and creamy with that subtle, fragrant flavor that makes it so different from your typical soft serve. The toasted coconut added just the right amount of texture, and the ube waffle cone was crisp with a slightly sweet flavor that paired perfectly with the pandan. Also, can we appreciate the presentation? This cone was practically begging for a photo! A fun, unique dessert and definitely something I'd come back for. The matcha cream-filled waffle is always made fresh in-house for you. It is served warm and is just happiness in a little handheld pastry. Now, upon my most recent return, I learned they have a few rotational items on their menu as well as soft-serve ice cream options. While I did not get to try any of their newer items, I made a mental note to indulge in their pistachio soft-serve ice cream on my next visit. It truly made me happy to see how much bigger their menu has grown - which is always a GREAT sign. Since the shop itself is more of a order and go set-up, seating is located directly outside of the shop. Service has always been good for me, and the wait times are never more than 10-15 minutes pending the size of your order and how busy they happen to be. The staff is ALWAYS, and I mean, ALWAYS, so sweet. I have never had a bad experience here, and I am always very satisfied with my order(s). Pricing is good as well. Beyond that, it is in East End Market, so may the odds be ever in your favor when it comes to parking.
