After Serafino's brother Raphael joined the business in 1932, they transitioned to exclusively producing gelato. While we were exploring Disney Springs one day, my wife and I told our two sons that they could pick out something that they wanted for dessert. When we walked by the gelateria, they both knew instantly that they wanted gelato. My wife and I were both impressed with how fancy the operation was. We honeymooned in Italy many years ago, and we felt like we were right back in Florence again. After looking over the menu, our older son had "Cannoli" and our younger son had "Strawberry". They were both in pure bliss as they enjoyed their gelato cups. They were also nice enough to let my wife and I sample some, and those rich, delicious flavors also brought back some great memories of Florence. If you're someone who enjoys good gelato and you find yourself on a Walt Disney World vacation, then we highly recommend stopping at Vivoli il Gelato!

No issue with that for me, other than they should have a little clearer direction versus the perceived looks that I should have known that. My suggestion - post something to let the customer know so they don't stand around bewildered. While we were eating our treat, we did see many people go through the same struggle. Next, the workers should not lie. My husband has some disabilities from a medical problem and I asked if they had a regular spoon I could get versus the very small gelato utensil. They right out told me "no, they did not have any other type of spoon". So he used what they had, which made the experience difficult. As we were eating, I noticed they had pies and some other desserts in the case (see photos). I then asked if you ordered a slice of pie, what do they give you to eat it with.
