This is a little bit of a mixed bag of a review because they have some good qualities, some weird stuff going on and some own goals that just make the experience annoying.
Firstly, if you are not a regular, the "flow" of what you need to do when is super hard to work out. Nothing is marked and so when it is busy, it can still be very confusing. The staff are often no help either and often look at you with disdain when you ask something they assume you should know.
The food is good though, so that is where the good rating comes from.
There is plenty of seating and it is often packed at lunchtime during the week.
If you have young kids, this is a great place to grab a coffee and sit and watch the kids on the playground.
Plenty of tables outside which is amazing. On the weekend there are a few families eating while the kids play on the playground directly in front.
