She did such an amazing job and actually I started crying because I felt like I was just like releasing all the bad stuff and she asked if I wanted an additional 30 minutes to make it the 90 minute king massage and I'm so glad that I said yes because they use oil on your back and the hot stones and she did such an amazing job. It was probably one of the top three best massages I've ever gotten. Her name was Anna and she was incredible. I will definitely be returning. She is the only reason I'm giving 5 stars. On a sidenote, the man who was there, for the first 30 minutes of the foot massage part, was so loud clearing his throat, clearing his sinuses, opening candy wrappers, etc It was so distracting and disruptive when I'm trying to relax during massage, but luckily eventually stopped, but if you're the only one there at 9 o'clock at night and someone's eating candy with loud wrappers and clearing their throat, it's not a good vibe for the people paying money to be in a relaxing environment. Just because there is a language barriers it is not an excuse to be rude to paying customers or anyone.. I understand staffing can be difficult, especilly when they only have their family working there, but if a reservation is required, it should be clearly communicated up front (or at least before any service begins). It also seemed like the initial "yes" was handled as a back-up in case someone else's appointment did not arrived, which made the situation worse.
