The Asian woman who is the owner is the meanest, nastiest person I have ever met. I went dress shopping with my daughter for her prom. We have shopped there before. We new the owner was rude, but this time it was just horrible. We picked 3 dresses. Two were the same dress but different color and size, since we didn't know exactly her size. The owner tells us fitting room rule, only 3 dresses....not being able to understand her we thought only 3 dresses allowed in the fitting room, so once my daughter tried on the dresses, we got the right size picked and we were almost set on her dress, so asked the lady for help and she kept ignoring me. Finally 3rd time I asked her to get us one more dress, she said "absolutely not". Her rule is that we can only try 3 dresses. I pleaded and begged her to please get us another dress and she said no. I told her that last year my daughter tried about 8 dresses, and she said she has had this policy for 30 years. She said she didn't care if we bought a dress in her store. She said we can go elsewhere. I did buy a dress from her store, but her attitude and poor customer service was enough to convince us that this was our last trip there. I think the owner should retire and sell her place to someone that will care and provide good customer service to her clients. I have never, ever come across someone this rude and miserable!
