Sonsi serves a variety of the best longganisa mixes all over the Philippines. Well, mostly Luzon. You have longganisa from Vigan, Tuguegarao, and Lucban to name a few. A single order comes with sinangag (fried rice), a fried egg (choose or sunny side or scrambled), atchara and their special vinegar.
If it's your first time, go for the Platter and try 3 different types of longganisa in one go! My favorite (though this is a bit biased) is the Vigan longganisa because I'm an Ilocano and their longganisa tastes just like home. I have to give them credit for authenticity! Dip it with the one and only Ilocos vinegar and you will be sold on it. I also enjoyed the Alaminos longganisa! Good garlicky taste with a little bit of sourness. Don't forget to order the Inihaw na Bacon! I prefer it over the Liempo. Best with Beer :) read more
