They also said they had just come from a construction site. He got on the phone with my husband and was very belligerent. After he calmed down, he said he would come look at the windows on a sunny day. He has yet to come look at the windows. I have texted his number several times and have gotten no response. He is not very professional in my opinion. I don't know how you can say you don't scratch windows when there is a first time for everything and you had just come from a construction site and your tools were probably dirty.
