My father is very hard of hearing and she instinctively knew to speak up and talk to him directly. She has obviously had experience with older clients. Anyway, we scheduled our cleaning appointment and Megan came to clean. She was also very sweet and kind and she did an amazing job of cleaning! She went above and beyond what we had expected!
