After more than 15 minutes on hold a lady answered who did not give her name. My wife gave her name and date of birth and asked to make an appointment. The lady on the phone suddenly shifted to what can only be described as an attitude. WAS THE ORDER sent over?, and I am not exaggerating her tone. My wife proceeded to try and explain that she had a physical order because her Dr office could not get her in for 2 months. WELL i CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT THE ORDER! came the voice with an attitude!. My wife asked nicely if she could call and have it sent over and the lady said NO YOU CAN NOT! At that point I asked to speak to the Lady on the phone and I asked her why she was being so cold and rude to my wife, which she did not like, and she replied that I was hollering at her and she hung up! I am not sure what was going on with this lady but I intend to inform my cardiology provider how their clients are being treated. Shame on this individual you are dealing with elderly sick people who have great difficulty as it is navigating the system. The last thing we need are uncaring buffoons without patience to help us when we need it. One day you will be old (and know this)...you reap what you sow. Get your acr together as a professional and leave the attitude at home! There are other places we can go...try and remember that, I bet your employer knows it! If you read your reviews, it sounds like scheduling is an ongoing problem....shame on how you represent Advanced imaging.

Was pretty much called a liar about the urgency of this, interrupted, told how to talk as I was being too emotional that's the real kicker, put on hold 20 minutes. The list goes on. Still do not have my order nor pre authorization. Hit me up after you've listened to the tapes and I'll change this. She's awful and not a good look vibe for the general public. Still needing the CT after all that run around nonsense so she's unable or unwilling to do her job. I've never been talked to so poorly in my life.

    Although the lady at the Front Desk was very delightful, that was about the only good thing about…read morethis place. I was referred her by my pediatrician after my daughter developed symptoms of pink eye. We arrived about 7pm, waited for about 15 mins, and then were escorted to an exam room. The lady who took us back was so rough with our daughter trying to get her vitals. She couldn't get a good reading for her oxygen or blood pressure and even struggled with getting her temperature. She eventually gave up and said the Doctor didn't really need it. After about 10 mins, the Doctor came in. He was so rough with my daughter. He was grabbing her face so hard. He looked at her so quickly I don't think he could even make a proper diagnosis. He just went based off of what we said as her parents. Definitely wouldn't recommend for patients with babies. The pictures are 2 days after her appt. Bruise is still dark and is the shape of a fingertip.
