She had me work out with Kettle Bells and we did The Strong First - Russian work out. Yowza. It was effective- invigorating and challenging! I enjoyed it way more that I thought! The fitness center offers various size Kettle Bells, Battle ropes and weight lifting bars. What I loved the most is that you aren't left alone. They constantly monitor you and will show you the proper stance. I got to work out a 2nd day with Jessie. (The other owner). I took my back out swinging in a game of golf. Jessie showed me how to stretch. After our session, I was able to successfully walk out upright. If I lived in Sonora, I would definitely be a member. This gym offers strength, mobility and encouragement. Had I been a member there regularly, I won't have a back strain from my "golf swing". Great place with Great owners! But the entire inside of the gym is Absolutely a POS. I paid 20$ for a "guest pass" and will never be returning. This gym is an absolute JOKE. If you are willing to pay $300 to join an old, outdated , dirty gym with crappy equipment, then by all means feel free.
