Travis is really professional and knowledgeable about what he does and how he does it, he will incorporate a varieties of things into your massage as needed without extra charge like cupping and acupuncture. He knows about nutrition as well and genealogy which helps how he works with you and your particular needs. Keep in mind for the appointment with ny sciatica I knew what I was going into it wasnt a relaxing massage it was going to be medicine and it was going to be painful, and it was but I trusted my massage therapist and I felt way better afterwards which is why I keep coming back. He is truly great and I highly recommend him. I did notice people having issues with the hours and getting ahold of him by telephone, its best and easiest to book an appointment online with him since he is the only one in office handling everything. There are plenty of cleaning stations all around- so there shouldn't be a problem in cleaning up after your self! I am still learning my way around the gym, for me this is exactly what I needed.

Mold grows in the women's steam room, no one cleans it ever. Not having a light in there does not hide the issue. It's overpriced, and the staff is rude. Don't bring a 10 month old to the pool unless you purchase a guest pass- well actually it's enroll them in daycare to sign a liability waiver, would have been happy to do that-but instead the rude front desk lady had me purchase a pass or said I had to leave, only to actually explain the rule after I told her she was out of line. I'm cancelling the mommy and me class, 90 bucks minus the 10 dollar pass for my 10 month old back in my pocket. If that's how they treat mothers and tiny children, why put more money into their pocket? I've been a paying member for 3 years, yet, apparently that's acceptable treatment. I stayed with my friend for a week and of course she made me go and try it. I worked out with one of the owners named LeAnn who knew her stuff. She had me work out with Kettle Bells and we did The Strong First - Russian work out. Yowza. It was effective- invigorating and challenging! I enjoyed it way more that I thought! The fitness center offers various size Kettle Bells, Battle ropes and weight lifting bars. What I loved the most is that you aren't left alone. They constantly monitor you and will show you the proper stance. I got to work out a 2nd day with Jessie. (The other owner). I took my back out swinging in a game of golf. Jessie showed me how to stretch. After our session, I was able to successfully walk out upright. If I lived in Sonora, I would definitely be a member. This gym offers strength, mobility and encouragement. Had I been a member there regularly, I won't have a back strain from my "golf swing". Great place with Great owners!
