I also appreciated that before the massage/warm stones/foot treatment/spa facial she walked me through what would happen, including when/why she would need to briefly leave the room. (I've had a massage therapist step out for 5 mins, and it was obvious by the smell upon return it was a smoke break - no lie lol!)
