Come to find out of course it is radiator fluid. Then I look and see my engine cover riddled with oil everywhere in the groves as if hastily whiped off. I had just washed my engine compartment prior to bringing it in. Shame on them for that. I was told they checked all my fluids and lubricated joints etc. And that the air cleaner was fine for several hundred more miles. Hmm, no one took the cover off the air filter. There are two bolts that need to be removed and they were untouched., The 190 plus they are making an hour, you would think they would have could have taken the radiator cap off, but it was crusty around the edges and the fluid was rusty looking inside. They either didn't bother to look or did care to tell me. Shame on them either way. I am trying to take care of my car why would a professional not let me know the things it will need done. The interior cabin filter was also never looked at, even Jiffy lube looks for these money making items. So $250 plus dollars later, they left me with doubts about even getting a new oil filter, a leaking radiator with rusty water in it a severed hose leading to the engine air filter I should have been aprized of and two completely filthy air filters. And, and no itemized list of the points they checked and the condition there of. Now I see why. Shame on your workmanship and professionalism. Not even trying to help someone to care for thier car. Shame!

I'll admit I was a little hesitant upon entering, worried about pushy salespeople who wouldn't want to help me in this first, educational stage of my journey toward buying my own RV. I couldn't have been more wrong! My salesman, Trevor, understood my needs and accommodated them perfectly. He showed me some Class B's, then a couple of Class C's, and finally some travel trailers. He discussed the pros and cons of each, what you get for your money, etc. RV Country's lot is HUGE, and full of everything from the tiniest of teardrop trailers to gigantic Fifth Wheels and Class A's that are larger than my apartment! Trevor escorted my friend and I around on a snappy little golf cart, never hesitating to stop when we wanted to take a look at something. After our tour, he gave me some brochures and we traded names/numbers. When the time comes - hopefully by this summer - to buy my RV, I will definitely return to Paul Evert's and ask for Trevor!

Devin Crawford spent between an hour and two hours explaining in detail every operation. We even took videos of the information. I learned how little I knew about the operation of a trailer and realized how horrifying it would be without learning all of the systems if I bought from a private seller and maybe other dealers. Went home to figure out my boat trailer lights and forward Liam photos (via email) of my lights as requested. He had me come down and bring my burnt out lights to verify the lights he had in stock would be suitable for my trailer. As they were suitable for what was needed, he blessed me with them for free and told to me to come back for anything else I may need. The world has shifted so much in such a short amount of time, and it's hard to find any type of positive costumer service. Seems like people have made it a habit of just moving cattle through. These guys are amazing and super helpful. I'll be recommending them any chance I get and when the time comes where I want to buy a camper or trailer... Purchased a camper trailer on clearance in April back in 2023…read more We have had many issues with the camper. The first time we took it out, all the batteries were dead and we brought it into the shop. All they did was charge it. Next time we took it out, the battery was also dead again. When they did an initial inspection, they found nothing wrong with the rv. We finally called to service the rv in July after we were unable to get power to the rv through a power outlet. Something was drawing all the power out. Turns out there was an issue with the electrical system. Seems like the initial inspection they did was not thorough. Luckily it was going to be covered by manufacturer warranty but it took over 2 months to get the warranty to be approved and for all the repairs to be done. By the time it was finished, it was already September and almost time to winterize the rv. It really foiled our plans. The customer service is deceiving. They were friendly and helpful until after we purchased the rv. They don't really care after the sale was done. It was also our first ever rv purchase so this left a negative impact on our whole rv experience.

After getting links from Camping World of RV's that would never fit my family's needs, I went to Open Road RV in Arlington Washington and ended up with the RV I had seen last year at an RV show. I was in a time crunch, and it worked out perfectly. Then I had a couple of problems with the RV, and they really helped me out even though it wasn't their policy to go above and beyond the way they did for me.
