TERRIBLE!!! Harry actually seems to be the problem, as we have had to spend over $1200 to repair mistakes he made while he measured incorrectly for a large carport from a 3rd party. Although we were willing to give them a second chance, they couldn't pull that off either. We arranged for someone to come out and look at our furnace. The appointment was set for a Thursday, and on Tuesday I was called and asked if I was ready for the technician. I clarified that the appointment was actually set for Thursday, so we would see them on Thursday morning instead. On Thursday morning- an hour before the appointment- I was called and told it was cancelled- no more service appointments. NOT PROFESSIONAL in so many ways. read more

Even thought we were out of state camping near by, he was very helpful and gave me very good ideas on how to resolve my problem. I'm very glad I called, and would do business with them in the future. June, 2019 I consigned my RV with Peninsula RV. The contract was for 90 days then it went month to month. I was never told that they will let your RV sit there and not start it up occasionally or in no way take care of it so it will sell...for $85 a month it just it just sits there and deteriorates. After 11 months of no response from them and I had been checking in periodically to see if it was being shown, it was obvious they were not interested in selling it. For several months when I would drive by the business I saw that they had horizontally parked a very large RV in front of mine and a couple of others! When I went to tell the salesman I was picking up my RV in 2 days, his assistant, Anthony, said it would be ready when I got there. It wasn't. In fact it wouldn't start at all. The service man, Bob, pulled a pick up truck in front of my 39 foot RV and said it would take about an hour to juice it up enough to start. It took an hour and a half! He said the house batteries were bad, which they weren't when it was brought in. Now they were swollen and all the cables were corroded and ruined because they had been allowed to dry up. Bob didn't think he could even bring in the slide outs because they were so bad! I guess I'm writing this to say, if you decide to consign your RV to sell....DON'T do it with Peninsula RV in Sequim, WA. BEWARE. If you do decide to bring it here anyway? Make sure you go in every 2 weeks and start your RV yourself, because they certainly won't do it. Let my poor experience be a warning to you. read more
