Sonny and his associate are polite, professional, through and totally honest. What a pleasure to know and hire them. They come with masks on and stay until the work is done to our satisfaction. This is the second time that Sonny has cleaned up our home and it won't be the last!!! read more

Of the quotes I got back, H Town Steam was the most competitive. I didn't end up booking at the time, but circled back a few days ago and asked them to confirm the pricing from before. They responded right away and I got it scheduled. We had to adjust the timing a couple of times, but they were responsive and accommodating throughout. Shai showed up and did a great job on the cleaning. There was a small discrepancy between the price I was quoted and what he had on hand, so I flagged it and showed him my conversation with their sales rep. He called management on the spot and got it corrected immediately. Great first experience overall -- I'll definitely use them again.
