DO NOT USE!! I hired Morehands to clean my grandmothers apartment after she passed away because we were going through a very stressful time. They called me after being there for 20 minutes saying they had to cancel due to a roach/bug problem in her apartment complex, only to find out that they stole 2 of our wall plugs that we just put in the apartment the day before. I completely understand having to cancel, but stealing wall plugs is flat out wrong. I then let them know that we were missing the wall plugs, and they told me the following day that they were able to "retrieve them" basically admitting that their cleaning staff stole then. If you want an honest cleaning service, then DO NOT USE them!! read more

I needed a move out clean. The clean was so good my ex-landlord wanted to use them in the future.

I requested a quote to have Morehands maid clean an empty rental property of mine for a "make ready" to sell and they just now responded back to me 7 months post the sell of my home to offer me some type of "cleaning special" they are running. Like why in the world would I even be interested in some sort of "cleaning special" when I couldn't even get them to respond to an actual cleaning request response they never even acknowledged or gave me in the 1st place??? I HIGHLY do NOT RECOMMEND cleaning services from this company whatsoever. Don't want to believe my situation.. read ALL of their reviews that should tell you all you need to know about how they operate or more so lack their of! Good luck Morehands Cleaning you can't operate a business this way let alone grow it like this. You might go back to "How to build a Business 101"! read more

MoreHands is servicing my home every month. The associates are professional and detail with the services that are provided. However, this past week, the team arrived and was not the associates that comes out on a regular. The ladies was rude and did not provide the services that I normally receive. I called the office and posted a review. Within less than an hour another team was assigned to come out and they was professional and detailed. Thank you MoreHands for going above and beyond the call of duty!! read more

We definitely recommend Morehands Maid Service, Been using their service for couple of months now and I love them, they do such a great job they are respectful and kind to our fur babies . Love coming home after a long day at work to a clean and fresh home. Thank you ladies for an amazing job every time. read more

Absolutely do not recommend! Save your $. We just got a home in Alden Bridge and as moving is stressful itself I expected the home that was empty at that point to be fully clean! We paid extra to have kitchen cabinets cleaned and it was gross, food stains on the backsplash, cabinets , not to mention the top of the kitchen cabinet had 3 layers of cob webs and dirt . Kitchen Island pendant lights had dust , I double whipped bamboo floors and it was black ! Microwave even had breadcrumbs crumbs in as a bonus! Glad we paid one time service to try them out before committing full time , so no keep scrolling because whoever cleaned our home has no concept of what clean really is . So as you can imagine I had to clean myself after they were in after paying over $400 . Especially if you're out of state and letting them in to " clean " while you're gone , bad idea I would definitely look for more reliable company. read more

They did an AMAZING cleaning in our house! The way they cleaned our oven was FANTASTIC. They got on time, spent at least 3 hours, and left without any problem at all. I'll be using them for sure in our near future. Thank you again, read more

I hired Morehands to deep clean our house. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Andrea was amazing. She deep cleaned our house from top to bottom. She was friendly and hard working. Our house was spotless. I will definitely use them again. read more

They did a great job! They cleaned everything even folded towels and clothes that were just laying around. My house has never been cleaner. Their cost was very reasonable and arrived within the window they provided. I will be using them again. Thank you read more

I am very satisfied with their service. They do excellent job of cleaning around the house and they go up and beyond what they are required to do. I highly recommend them read more

I booked a move out cleaning for my home. I was worried about getting the movers, house cleaning, and carpet cleaners scheduled in a 2 day time frame. Knowing that things do not always go as scheduled, I was hoping that nothing would get thrown off. I had some errands to run so I could not be home to let the cleaning staff in. It was not a problem. I left a key and notified MoreHands where they could find it. They came in and did an wonderfully thorough cleaning. They even found some things that the movers left behind. My landlord even commented on the great condition that the home was in when I moved out. MoreHands Maids is definitely worth the money. read more

Maybe I am overly excited because I am coming off of a bad experience with another cleaning company, but I have to say - Morehands Maid Service was really great. I could have given 4 stars due to their higher pricing, but the convenience of booking online, customizing the order and paying by credit cards is a plus. I also like that they do quality control checks from time to time to keep standards up. So 5 stars it is. The team that came to clean my house was very courteous and were concerned over my trouble spots. I was super pleased that they worked so hard to correct a soap scum problem in my bath tubs due to poor service of the other maid company I was using. My tubs now sparkle!! Now granted they probably used some harsher chemicals to make it happen, but I didn't really care about that. Sometimes you got to do what you got to do.... There was a team of two women, they stayed for about 3-4 hours and went through my whole house top to bottom, dusting, wiping down all surfaces, mopping, vacuuming, etc. They just did a wonderful job. My house hasn't been this clean in a long time. Will they be back? You bet! read more

A cleaning service who complains about cleaning?! We had a contract for the square footage of our house with a set price. Their service worked for awhile, but then they started complaining about our house being too messy (I have toddlers and it's nothing crazy, but what you would expect). I told them I understand they don't pick up anything, so to just clean around any toys etc. The last straw was when the manager called to say the maids were taking too long, so she was going to bill me extra. I said absolutely not, and that we would no longer be using their service. The maids that day were wonderful, but they pruned my plants and organized my cosmetics, so of course it took extra time. I waited writing this review until we switched companies and realized this is not normal. Poor management; do not recommend. read more

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Morehands, absolutely phenomenal. I just moved to The Woodlands from the northeast and had just finished unpacking so my house wasn't exactly how I'd normally keep it. To add to the stress, my girlfriend was coming to visit on Friday afternoon and I didn't have time with the new job to give my apartment the attention it needed. I reached out to Morehands by phone on Wednesday and spoke with Travis who listened intently while I explained that my girlfriend was landing around 3pm so I really needed the house clean by 4pm at the latest. He said that it wouldn't be an issue and he'd make sure the house was done by 3pm. All honesty, I was a little worried about bringing her to see my new place for the first time and just hoping that some strangers had shown up and cleaned my place while I was at work. However, the cleaning ladies (Liz and Celia, if memory serves) arrived before I'd even left for the office, were extremely warm, polite, and professional and told me they would take care of everything. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to say the least! When we arrived at my house, it was SPOTLESS! All of the surfaces were clean, the carpet obviously vacuumed, the mirrors shining like new, etc. They even went so far as to fold the toilet paper on the roll like you might find in a hotel...girlfriend really thought I'd pulled out all the stops - I gave Morehands all credit though! Really, very happy with the service and the staff I encountered at Morehands and will be setting up automatic service with them going forward. Just really great work, give them a shot! TL;DR: Go ahead and give them a shot once, they don't disappoint! read more

I have used Morehands in the past (about 4 years ago) and was very pleased with them. It seems service is not what it used to be. Without going into the whole sordid affair, let's just say that the list I took time to send was not passed on to the correct people that actually DO the work. Sadly, the "Quality" person that came out at the request of the ladies that were to have cleaned, didn't do any better. So, I got charged $300 for a little light dusting, some mopping and for them to break a duck that my deceased father-in-law had carved. When I received my "feedback" request, I told them I was unhappy with the service and have yet to hear anything from anyone. read more

Finally a cleaning service that shows up on time, is professional, does a great job and is reasonable. We couldn't have had a better experience and I'm picky! Thank you More Hands!! read more

I have been using this service for several months. They are truly awesome and thorough. I recently moved some large furniture pieces, expecting accumulation of dust, etc as they near a patio door. Not a speck! Wow! From the management to the teams, excellent customer service. I highly recommend to my friends and family. read more

The team that came in did an AMAZING job, even doing small things like standing up pictures frames that had been stacked waiting to go on a wall. Can't recommend MoreHands enough, and I'm looking forward to the next session! read more

They dont deserve any stars. Customer service is trash here! They overcharge, the customer service is awful, and it's not worth the fee or hassle. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

I prefer to clean my own home and had never used a maid service before this experience. However, I had (2) gift certificates for cleaning service (EACH for a 2 hour session with a 2 person team). Additionally, I had just had back surgery and could not do any of the work myself. All I asked was for the bed clothes to be changed and the bathrooms and floors cleaned. The team arrived 3 hours early and I was not prepared for their arrival (I would have washed the sheets that were already on the beds.) The fitted sheets were not pulled down over the mattresses (of all 3 beds!). Additionally, the sheets (fitted and flat) were put on sideways on 2 of the beds. I found that to be extremely ridiculous because there are obvious designs to indicate the proper orientation. Pillows between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were mixed (both decorative and sleeping pillows - the bed clothes were very different: masculine and feminine - with colors that coordinate with the wall colors!). I believe the floors and bathrooms were cleaner before the More Hands maids came into my home. Between the water spots on the glass shower surround and fixtures and the sticky floors, I was completely dissatisfied. My young children were quickly instructed how the job should have been done as I had to rely on them to actually do the job. To make matters worse, when I called to redeem the second certificate, which I left at the office when I scheduled the first cleaning, I was told I was mistaken; that the certificate was for one cleaning. So much for hoping for a better team next time. read more

We used Morehands to do a deep clean of our home after tenants moved out. I was told that homes the same size typically take 5-7 hours. I said on the phone when scheduling that it should not take that long because the home had already been cleaned. Bathrooms were clean, carpets had been vacuumed, counters had been wiped, etc. I was looking for help with baseboards, fans, the kind of stuff that isn't every day cleaning. We had to stop them at almost 7 hours and they weren't finished. I questioned how it could take that long and was told that the baseboards took a long time. I'm still not sure how that takes 2 people almost 7 hours to clean. I'm really disappointed that I had to finish cleaning after spending more than $500. read more

Never had anyone clean my house before so it was important that they are insured and bonded. MHM does a great job and the entire busy family is so glad we use them. Their website is easy to use for estimates and scheduling cleaning. Our house is so shiny and clean without our smelling like harsh chemicals. I also, like the email reminder of when the next service will be and if we want to add a deep cleaning area. read more

I've been using MoreHands for a couple months now and I'm beyond happy. Everyone I've spoken with has been super friendly and accommodating. The prices are GREAT and they do such an awesome job. It's really nice having a company I can trust, to know they are going to do a good job and to come home to a super clean and amazing smelling home. We won't use anyone else! Thanks MoreHands :) read more

We agreed upon $300 for a "deep clean" for a new rent house, prior to moving in. After several hours I was called by a manager to tell me that our blinds were too hard to clean and it would be $75 more dollars. After another hour a third lady showed up and spoke with the two maids already here. She left and shortly after that the two maids finished. When we moved in, we noticed that the floors still had dirt on them, our countertops still had dust on them, our appliances still had sticky substances in several crevices and dust on top, plus the insides of our cabinets were dirty. read more

I have been using MoreHands for over a year and I couldn't be more pleased! They are fantastic! The gals are punctual, pleasant, thorough, and leave the bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and furniture shining. I highly recommend MoreHands!! read more

Worst cleaning service I have ever used! Do not waste your money nor your time. The managers are extremely rude and unpleasant to speak with. They are by far some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I gave them a second chance and had them clean my mom's house, they did another terrible job. They were three hours late to the appointed time. I ended up getting another maid service to clean both my place and mother's. Never again, do not use them. read more

Used them for few months and every time had to report back items not cleaned. It doesn't worth it

With a busy job schedule and four dogs (yes, really!), I needed someone to come and clean my house. I tried Morehands on the recommendation of a friend. Everyone, from the office to the team is professional and polite. Their teams are insured and bonded. That was very important to me. The team did a great job! I came home to a clean smelling house. I was very pleased. I plan to use them again but this time on a recurring basis. read more

I've been using Morehands for a couple years now and have never ever had an issue. It's always shiny and clean when I walk thru the door and they have been there. They happily move my appointments around to accommodate painting, moving, etc. Last week Alexa and Mardelys cleaned and they were the best yet. The place was spotless. I like that they leave a card with who was there that day. Website is easy to use also. read more

1 star cause I cant do a half.: Don't want to go on a rant so I will try and keep it short and sweet. Never doing business with MORE HANDS MAIDS of SPRING TX. They cleaned decently for the 7 HOURS they were there. We just moved out of an 1800 square foot home and it was COMPLETELY EMPTY and already pre cleaned by us before MORE HANDS MAIDS got there. They quoted 3.5 hours to clean and after 2 hours called and said their two maids just finished the kiichen and will need 4 more hours to clean the rest of the house. My kitchen is so small I can paint the walls and cabinets in 2 hours. So voiced out complaint and said we need it cleaned so that is fine. So 4 hours later they a re finished and call to say their maids broke a drawer in the refrigerator and the light on the ceiling fan. And had the audacity to say that we are lucky their maid was injured because the glass from the fan almost fell on her. So tried to spin it on us. Then said we looked up all the replacement parts and it should only cost $40 to replace, but we will give you $100. I looked it up and the cheapest parts I can order are $125 total! What about my time to order and replace these items. never again,. Use at your own risk. I can only imagine if I had furniture in the place, might have taken them the weekend to clean. read more

Morehands Maid Service provided a professional 2 person team, Team 8, to clean my house. I requested this service 1 day ahead of time and they were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. They brought all their own supplies and went right to work. I paid extra for an immediate appointment and a onetime service because I was not ready to commit to a schedule. I will use their service again and request Team 8 every time. Highly recommended!!!! read more

This is the same message I send to company. "We would like to request a refund. No one mopped the first floor. My husband and I are so disappointment in the cleaning Standards of this company. The mirrors in bedroom were not cleaned. The sofa was not dusted and I ask someone to dust. There is dust in entrainment center and on pictures. I have not even checked the second floor. My husband has called and I have asked and things just are not being done. I feel that I should not tell ladies what to clean when it's listed on website. We are having guest tomorrow and I have to get up can clean. How is that I paid some one to clean and still have to mop and dust. Especially the first floor bathroom for guest I think no one even went in there. And the sad part is we do not have kids so the house is not filthy. Please refund us for Cleaning we paid for but did not receive and cancel our service." I am still waiting on reply....... read more

Love more hands maids. They are cleaning wizards! My house looks amazing. They cleaned things I didn't realize were dirty. The main thing I love about more hands maids is the booking process. Website is so easy to use. I don't have to call: I just plug in the dates I want my house cleaned and it's done. read more

To say that this cleaning service provider is highly disappointing is an understatement! They do not appreciate being questioned about the mediocre job they offer. They circumvent fixtures in the house and avoid cleaning behind or under them and when you ask questions or complain about their shady cleaning, they get all defensive! Customer satisfaction is definitely at the bottom of their priorities! read more

Morehands is the best. Diligent. Complete. Friendly. Accommodating. The service comes in after the cleaning to make sure everything is up to par -- even though we have never had a problem. read more

This business is poorly managed. The first cleaning was decent and with time, I thought that it would work out. That will not occur however, as on the second scheduled service, this company switched my appointment time without notifying me and more importantly, did a "bait and switch on the cleaning crew". I was promised the same crew and only because I called the day of the appointment to see where the crew was at it was an hour past the anticipated arrival, was I told that I would get a new crew and not the one promised as it was "one of the best crews". Obviously, this company sends in their "best crew" for the first visit to get you to sign up, then switches you to a crew which they acknowledge is not up to the quality of the first crew. read more

We are looking for someone to help us clean our house before moved in. We browsed thru the web looking for company with good reviews and found MoreHands Maid Service. Starting from the phone reservation a day before the actual appointment, the lady on the phone was very polite and accommodating, she managed to book us an appointment in less than 5 minutes, where originally the schedule was filled for the day we want. On the actual appointment day, the team of 2 came on time and started their job efficiently and professionally. One of them understand English very well and understand instruction given by my wife and she is very polite as well. Completed the job above satisfactory level. We will definitely use back their service and recommend to friends. read more
