I understand that things happen, but the tear in the fabric was not there the morning of their arrival and it was after their departure that afternoon. They of course said that they did not do it, and I can't prove that they did. Only logic, the process of elimination and witnessing the very fast paced, erratic/frenzied clean-up first hand when I arrived home. Accountability just isn't a thing anymore. Makes a customer feel violated and compromised.

I was hoping I could get a little break to have multiple trees cut down (had several that were diseased, and pointing towards unsafe landings), and I was delighted to figure out that I could have all the trees done at the same time for a better price. We weren't sure if it was going to rain on the scheduled day, and again, communicated with me the whole time. Then showed up on time as promised, with staff that was all wearing brightly colored t-shirts for safety. The job was done all in one morning (several trees cut down, and several needed some maintenance). The crew left my property as tidy as possible, and didn't interrupt me one bit (I work from home). At the end when they were all done, I had wanted some additional branches trimmed, and they had no problem hopping back on their equipment to get the tree trimmed. Nothing was damaged, none of the wires were hit, and I officially have a new tree servicing company to call for all my needs. Only a couple minor comments, neither worth taking away a star. I had wanted to save some money, so planned on burning my own trees/branches, but the two tree piles left for me where a bit larger than what I wanted to set on fire. I'm just not that brave with fire, so I had to do some work on my own to make the piles smaller, but I think if I had seen the piles before they left and said something, they would have made more smaller piles, but I didn't realize the size of the piles and didn't say anything. So I take full responsibility for that. The other issue is that I am allergic to perfumes, and the person who gave the quote and came back to manage the work wore just a little too much. We were outside and it was too strong. I probably came off rude keeping my distance, but most people don't realize how their perfumes smell to others, and even less people are aware that people have allergies to such. Again, I said nothing (because in my experience, people don't generally respond well to being told their perfume is offensive), but I'm sure if I had asked for them to not wear so much perfume they would have respected my wishes. Thus, no stars taken away. Definitely recommend these folks. Professional, and affordable.

When asked he fooled me never gave me an itemized contract. They have arrived 20 minutes Dan told me to write $1700 check to him, then Dan and Francisco disappeared left two young boys working 13 hours during two days. Dan threatened me and told me to write $3900 to Francisco Aguilar who burst our main pipe but didn't know how to fix it, I had to hire plumber emergency service costed me $1000. I was conned by Becker tree service costing me $6600. They promised to come back finishing the job, they never did, they never answered my calls again,two boys planted small fruit trees all die due to improper work, grass, weeds grown like crazy from the mulch due to they didn't pull grass before they installed mulch.
