For which he apologized by blaming it on me. For example, he said the box should have 3 cables. Mine had two. He insisted there were 3 over and over, implying that I had a significant lack of knowledge or experience in troubleshooting. Two of my relatives were with me and also confirmed the two cables, yet he kept insisting there are 3 and that we were mistaken in an exasperated tone. I have always had pleasant experiences with customer service agents, so this was quite shocking. He also did not explain things well. Only after repeated clarification questions could follow his directions. We ultimately were not able to fix the outage due to the cable situation. Hopefully, other agents are more helpful than this one, and only I have had this unpleasant experience. Otherwise, the internet service and installation process is great, I have had no other issues.

However, when we moved into our new home, our internet service wasn't working. We decided to visit an Xfinity store in person, and thankfully, the staff was able to assist us. We discovered that professional installation was required because the home had never previously been connected to the Xfinity network. David and Omar were amazing--they helped us through the entire process and even provided a credit toward the professional installation fee to make up for the inconvenience we experienced. For any major service requests, such as moving your service to a new address, I would recommend visiting a store in person. Based on my experience, the online representatives were unable to provide accurate information, which led to unnecessary delays and frustration. We greatly appreciate David and Omar for taking the time to help us, and we will likely return to this store for any future service needs.

They keep raising prices on the regular, without providing any additional service or benefits. From my personal experience there's always some sort of issue while switching equipment out, the new stuff never works without any issues. Whenever I get a new box or some sort of system I'm always on the fixing it, never have I experienced the equipment integrating seamlessly. I end up spending anywhere from an hour to 5 hours resolving issues. Now, let's get to this location... On some of my previous visits I found this staff here is to be useless... The like they don't want to put an effort into actually answering or helping me with Xfinity issues. Sad to say this, but I've actually had much, much better luck in San Mateo!
