We requested quote from several different companies, after comparing the price and cameras, and asking Kyle to come to our house for installing suggestions, we are very happy that we chose Kyle for the camera systems. The price is per camera including everything that is needed, so no additional cost or anything, it's flat on the surface. The staff who came to install the cameras are very efficient and knowledgeable. They came here around 2PM and finished everything around 7PM. Comparing to other companies mentioned that the project takes 2-3 days, Kyle has the best efficient workers. So far everything looks great; the app is easy to use, clear image, and everything is awesome. Thanks to Kyle, recommend this awesome team here for security cameras.

Their technical support is not technical support. They will patch you through to some clueless person and they don't help you debug the problem. It's interesting, at a time when all these other alarm/monitoring companies are popping up all over the place, Bay Alarm doesn't appear to be doing much to stay on top of things.
