Now Sonic has gone and taken a good tasting burger and turned into crap. Sonic had a good flavor for their burgers, now this "new recipe" has taken the reason for going to sonic away. Went today for the first time in a long time and now I remember why. Waited six minutes past the time it said our carhop was on the way. Even then it took 20 minutes for two drinks. My friend ordered light ice in their lemonade, came with no ice. Really shows how much respect they have for their customers. Only good thing about the entire experience was the carhop who happened to be pretty with eyeliner on. Will not be back. read more

Just ordered a Large Churro Shake along with 2 other large shakes, for a total of $19.98. Absolutely no Churro in my shake. Pushed the button to inform the employee and was told, "Oh, we're out of them". When I asked why I was not told at the time I ordered, she clicked off and would not answer the "button" again. If I could give a half star I would, I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and it wasn't even wrapped. They could be because the tortilla was so old and hard that they couldn't wrap it. So after getting ranch all over the bag and my lap, it was concluded that it was inedible. There limeade game on point though. read more

Worst Sonic drive in ever! Your order is always wrong due to the teens that work there playing and not paying attention. Slushes are always watery, you have to ask for more flavor to be added. Completely incompetent. My mother ordered: A #1 (this is a cheeseburger with lettuce tomato onions mustard ketchup and mayo) with no cheese. My mom got: a patty and a bun. Where I'm from (in the northeast), they don't have Sonic Drive-Ins. Well, until about two months before I moved and suddenly there was one that was too packed to every successfully visit. This Sonic is on the way to/home from some beach area in Mississippi so sometimes I have to swing by and get tater tots, or mozzerella sticks, or one of their crazy drink concoctions. I've only ever been to one other Sonic and they didn't skate over to the car- but at this one they actually wear roller skates. How cute! So, with snazzy drinks and quick fried snack served by girls on roller-skates, I'm a fan of Sonic Drive-In. read more

Service is VERY slow and the order is not right 40% of the time. Always have to ask for dipping sauce that should come with order.

Terrible service . We ordered and it was screwed up and they really didn't care. Their response was oh ok I will tell the guy inside . The proper way to handle this mistake maybe offer a dessert. I usually never complain about fast food, and typically avoid it. After seeing several commercials about all of the "new" shakes and blast's, we decided to venture out for a little ice cream. Big mistake if you go to the Sonic in Waveland. Incompetence is the best word to describe our experience. No idea of their specials, menu, or pretty much anything. Buffoons muttering things through the speaker that no one could understand. Never going back. I hope someone within the franchise secret shops this store. Trying to cut back on my fast food intake, but I did end up stopping in for a snickers sonic blast. It wasn't anything special. It didn't take long for the server to walk it out, but it was already half melted! The snicker 'bar' was more like a mushy crumble and the vanilla ice cream itself was very average. I've had better blasts at Culverts or Dairy Queen (or McDonalds for that matter). If you want your unhealthy fat food of mozzarella sticks and chili dogs, Sonics is the place for you.
