I called to make sure before placing my to-go order. I ordered the mixed seafood pasta. I asked if it came with a roll, and was told it came with Texas Toast. It did not make it to the bag. Food: For $28, I expected more and better food. The salad was puny. The mixed seafood was 3 tiny shrimp, a lot of mushy crawfish, and no discernible crab. We ordered this because my husband had a toothache and needed soft food. Rather than the Angel Hair pasta, it came with undercooked bow tie pasta. The sauce was not good. I've been going here for years, mostly to-go. Generally good food and service. Twice in two months the "medium" burgers were raw, not rare but RAW. I'm counting on these guys to do it right as they have before. I don't want a refund or replacement, I'm not driving up there, our night is ruined. It's very conveniently located between a large subdivision and the business section of town. Parking could be an issue if it gets very busy. The interior was inviting enough. Very large booths. Seems a crime for 2 people to take such a large table. Service was quick and polite. We ordered fried pickles for appetizer. Only diet Pepsi here. I'm not a Pepsi fan, but diet Pepsi was the only choice. She got a burger, the toney? I also got a burger with grilled mushrooms and onions and homemade chips. Burgers were pretty good. Good size. Have eaten here many times, esp. when we are on our way to the beach for a vacation. The wings are probably some of the best that we have eaten. Also, they have their own homemade potato chips, which is awesome. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because of the service. Its hit or miss. We stopped here on the way to Florida. My boyfriend had wings, with sweet potato fries, I had a mushroom Swiss burger and my son had a baked potato with bacon and cheese. The staff was friendly it slow and forgetful. They served my son a rotten potato!! I was grossed out and livid. They took it off the bill and apologized but it is useless when you are having to worry about food poisoning!!! On the way back to Texas I made sure to other even stop in this town. Never again. I called Red zone asking to speak to a manager a woman answers the phone named Karen I asked if she was the manager she retorts with I picked up the phone didn't I". Which I replied with your snide remark was uncalled for I was simply verifying whom I was speaking with thank you. I then proceed to ask her why they charge a 10% for a pickup order when I'm the one that uses my gas to drive there and I walk in the building to the bar pay and then leave with my food why I'm being charged 10%. She didn't tell me why she just simply said it was their policy and that it wasn't never going to change and she cussed at me saying she doesn't give a damn. I'm not sure why simply asking why I'm being charged and not giving the option not to place an order if I'm going to be charged it's such a hard thing and her aggression obviously she's having a bad day maybe the day that she is deserving considering her response was so short and abrupt. Plus on top of that once I got home my sweet potato fries were melted to the top of my burger and burnt and my burger was not medium well as requested. I highly advise anyone and everyone would you please save your coin and avoid this place Karen being a manager is very toxic in the food was not good. read more

It was not too busy, there were open seats at the bar when we came in and we sat down at the last open table but no waitress. When we flagged her down she said we snuck in. We ordered our drinks and waited. She waited the large table next to us and when she was done, she walked right past us without checking in. This place is where you go to talk, drink beer, watch sports. The food service is second it is not a restaurant so don't expect good restaurant service. It was 8pm on a Saturday night. I think two servers is all I noticed on staff last night. My husband and I Won't go back, it was our first trip here. It was four of us, Everyone else said their food was good, we agreed that the catfish needed to be cooked longer, it was soft. I got the BLT, at least the bread was grilled and not toasted and had a great amount of bacon, HOWEVER minutes after eating I felt funny. Not sure if the fries were cooked in the right temperature of oil as to not absorb a lot of oil or if it was the bacon. Something wasn't right and I felt nauseous for an hour. read more

Best wings in the area hands down. Steaks are awesome not just on Wednesday but everyday. The owners are nice, they recognize their regulars and the ones that come in once every other month like me and my son and first timers. Lots going on there, karaoke, wing night, steak night, live music and a fun little watering hole. Sure they had a few problems in the past but they have stepped up. Service is still slow but when you have 90 people and a few waitresses, it's hard to cater to one person or family. Common sense and patience is all it takes. I love this place.
