Really bad service. When we were seated, the waitress brought my boyfriend and I the wrong drinks and didn't give us straws. The food was awful. We ordered the cheese curds regular and she gave us the jalapeño ones. Their marinara was salsa. I ordered the hamburger steak and it was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and gravy, a side salad and Texas toast. I didn't get the mashed potatoes and when I asked for them she was gonna charge me extra. The steak was pink in the middle and awful tasting. No flavor. The gravy looked like mud and tasted like water. She never checked on us once. Never again. :) read more

My dad & I just popped in here for lunch & had a great experience! We split a burger, because they're really big. We got the Wake-n-bacon, which has cheese, bacon & a fried egg on sourdough bun. It was delicious! So juicy, tender & flavorful. We were really impressed. It was the perfect amount for us splitting it. Our waitress, Aimee D., was fabulous. Horrible service! Mediocre food. We had ordered our appetizers and had to wait thirty minutes on them, we finally asked our server what was up and asked "did you ring in our app?" She said "yes ma'am, of course" and walked away, went to the pos and finally ring it in. Like why did you feel the need to lie? Makes you look even worse when you lie about it and then scream at the kitchen where we can hear you about how you forgot your appetizer. Tf? I tipped her 10$ only because people out here trying to make a living but damn, get better service, also had NO PERSONALITY AT ALL, was short with us and felt like we were judged the moment we walked in. Not only was my steak full of gristle and fat (which happens sometimes and that's ok) but when I asked for another one the bartender/manager on duty made me feel like I was an imposition. The owner was standing in front of me and never spoke to me. Not an explanation, not an apology, nothing! My experience was unpleasant and I won't return. She literally was the sweetest but I came back to the restaurant and the food was absolutely terrible and a waitress named Kaitlyn had an attitude serving me. The service has always been excellent, especially from long term staff, but the food took a hit for quite a while and it was disappointing to say the least. Would not even give one star. This was the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. I work in the service industry and would never treat anyone the way that we were treated. The manager would not even look at me when I told her the issues we had with cold food, bad service, etc. We refilled our own waters..sent food back for being cold and all they did was reheat the sandwich and bring it back without the horseradish cream. I ordered a beer and it was forgotten about and I did not receive it until I asked for it again about 15 minutes later. Ordered the triple dip and it was a combination of pace salsa and frozen spinach dip/cheese dip, none of it homemade for $10...they would not give us extra chips to finish our dips without charging extra. Also, all of the workers (and manager) were and are now currently having a smoking/gossip pow wow outside while the restaurant has about 20 people inside. (No workers in front of house) Some people just aren't meant to work in the service industry and that is most definitely the case here. Red Zone used to be the place my family and I went to get a good burger and Monday night wings. We will no longer be going there as of last night. We had the normal family for dinner as usual. First it started out as a seating situation. We were forced to move because of a pool tournament that consisted of 5 people. Then an hour and fifteen minutes before we got our cold chicken wings, like leftover kind of cold. Not long after that we come to the realization that while we were waiting on cold chicken wings, the cooks were playing darts not far from our table. Then they made a big deal about us getting our normally discounted wings because of 50 cent wing night. The manager was very rude and tried convincing us that $7 off the bill was better than $10 because of a mistake the server made. All in all we will not go back there. read more

Very disappointing experience. We ordered a to-go order and order was incorrect and what was correct was terrible quality. When I called about one of the missing kid meals the waitress/hostess on the phone was very rude and used inappropriate language for someone serving customers. I had to speak with the manager and said they no longer offered the kid meal we ordered so it wasn't charged when we paid but wasn't even informed that we didn't have it... he offered us $50 gift card to come try red zone again.
