I used the drive-thru for lunch on a Thursday. It wasn't busy so I sailed right through it. I…read moreordered the #2 combo, but made them Biggie Smalls, got some Smauce, and got a Chocolate Cookies and Cream Shake for my drink. The Sliders were delicious melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The Waffle Fries were a large portion, nicely seasoned and perfectly fried. I tried the Fries with the Smauce and did not like it and would prefer just plain ketchup next time which is unusual for me since I usually like mayo based sauces for my fries over just ketchup. It was okay dipping the Slider in it, but not for every bite. Next time, I would just try plain ketchup for the Sliders too. The Shake was so awesome I almost sucked the whole thing down while sitting at the window waiting for the food to come out. They served the Shake with a straw that had an oversized opening which meant the cookies did not get stuck in the straw. Basically, everything I tasted was 5*'s except the Smauce which is no biggie. Lol

The staff were friendly. The wait to get my sandwich wasn't long. My sandwich (Club on a Sub = tremendous) was fresh and piled high. I will definitely be back.

The…read moreambiance was also great, with an open-concept layout, bright atmosphere, and very clean bathrooms. My only suggestion would be to move the check-in area away from the front door. Every time the door opened, the wind blew items from the nearby ledge onto me and my food while I was eating, which became distracting during the meal. Aside from that, the overall experience was very enjoyable.

The hostess was just doing her job and this woman turns to the hostess who was waiting on it to get busy and goes "Hey, you can be sitting here unless you make 2.13/hr, yk the waitresses". I think that's some bs, and today when I visited, as usual, that same hostess got pulled outside by the male manager, and lectured. I've noticed for a while that this hostess gets mistreated a lot, and today. I notice Cheryl is always yelling at the hostess. The hostess came from the kitchen area, and was missing her name tag and in tears, I wish that old woman would be nicer or go to another establishment. Diana, she's an amazing hostess, she's funny and loves to cut up. Her personality is outstanding, I wish she'd be treated better

The burger was okay, chicken strips were not good at all, the mozzarella are definitely over hyped good but way to greasy and the best food item I had gotten was the mac and cheese on the side of my chicken strips.
