The owner deserves an award for those jams because my husband licked those little ramekins clean; it was that good. I'm grateful ShaDay brought us another jam too, so I could also enjoy the jam with my food; that's how quick he finished off his jam. I had the F Biscuit which was just as flavorful and delicious. The F Biscuit is a breakfast sandwich where they dip the biscuits in French toast batter then grill it before putting the sandwich altogether with fried eggs, cheese, bourbon bacon onion jam, and a sausage link (or substitute for chicken, which I did and it was a great choice.) Every bite was flavorful, and the jam was also an out of this world enhancement to the French toast biscuit as well. Biscuits & Jamz is a 5-star experience all the way around, from the staff, to the food, to the environment, to the pricing.
