Largest liquor store In Acadiana, period. If you want to drink it and can't find it here, it's either not legal or you don't need it. Lol. Tons and tons of wine selections from every price range. Hundreds of beer choices and we love all the different mixed and ready to drink items like Long Islands, mudslides, rum punch drinks and way too many to mention. They also have all kinds of mini alcohols which are great for travel and to try a small version before buying a huge bottle. The only downside is that the store is so huge that it can be a bit overwhelming and finding one small item and getting out can take longer than expected. Overall though, I love this place. This place is absolute paradise! I use the app religiously to choose exactly what I want and it tells me what aisle my drink of choice is in. This place has a massive selection and you can even enjoy some free samples. I wouldn't be surprised if anyone comes out feeling tipsy. I come here every time I have an event coming up. This place is adult Disneyland; it has EVERYTHING...wine, liquor, beer, mixers of every kind, snacks, and they even have a tasting bar, some gift items and a bit of glassware. The employees are courteous, friendly and helpful, eager to share recommendations or assist customers in finding what they want. I'm a Pinot Noir drinker and never met a white wine I didn't dislike but it's summer and I wanted something chilled and refreshing. After some research I decided a sparkling wine might be a good starting point. On my first visit an employee approached to offer help. When I asked about sparkling wine she immediately recommended Thousand Lives sweet sparkling wine which is only $6.99. I told her I honestly would not have looked at something that cheap because I'd assumed it would be awful but she assured me it was delicious...and she was right! If you're black beware. The employees only ID "underage looking" people if they are black. I saw multiple young looking white people not get stopped and asked for their ID's but the moment a black person entered they were asked for their ID. I don't think this by chance. I think this was on purpose. SHAME ON YOU TOTAL WINE Update: this location has TERRIBLE customer service. This is why the mom and pop stores still have people buy alcohol there instead. Just because you're the cheapest in the area does not mean you can have the rudest staff. You're near River Ranch for crying out loud!!! read more

Went there today and after seeing a decent liquor collection I went to the customer service desk to ask for some allocated whiskey as I usually do in Texas and New Orleans locations, to my surprise I was stopped by an employee (startled by her initial greeting I didn't get her name but will remember her face) and asked "are almost done shopping? Feeling as if I was being rushed, I forgot to go back for a few other items all this because I was under the suspicion of "bribing"the employee I asked about allocated items. This leaves a very disgusted taste in my mouth about total wine as I have been shopping and have been a long time member of their loyalty program. Would I recommend total wine yes maybe because of the decent collection but the maybe stems from a very contemptuous staff. No greeting at the door nor help on the floor. read more

Ok. I was trying my hardest to NOT go in this store, for the simple fact that I am in a relationship with wine!!! This place has a hugeeee selection of literally all the wines that my eyes could see. This is literally heaven for wine and liquor. Oh yea there is beer for you beer lovers. I also got extremely excited when I saw there is wine tasting. I am soooooooooo there after a week of work. I may have to start telling my friends we will meet here to taste, buy wine and then go out to eat. I really hate that it is so close to my house. I was sold when I saw that they was a very good selection of Port. The only thing that bothered me was the extremely tight checkout lanes. read more

This is our "Go To" store for wine! Not only has the customer service been superb, but the prices are unbeatable too!! Many times when I wasn't sure what to get, an employee pointed me in the right direction and I wasn't disappointed. We even gave a couple of new favorite wines as Christmas gifts this year! I found the beer selection to be disappointing. For the casual craft beer drinker or someone looking to start exploring the variety of craft beer, the offerings at this Total Wine location are adequate. However, the serious, well-versed beer enthusiast will find the beer selection at this Total Wine to be anemic, at best. Whereas, at other Total Wine locations, the beer offerings are substantial enough to warrant dividing them by location, style, and release type, the offerings at this location are so limited that they can only be labeled as Domestic, Local, and Imported. I would estimate the scope of the beer selection to be, at best, 1/4 the size of the beer selection at other Total Wine stores at which I have shopped. The offerings tended represent breweries' "staple" offerings. The range of beer styles was "safe," with minimal to no representation from some of the more exciting and interesting styles. Someone looking for hard to find, unique, special release, limited run beers will find the selection lacking. I found nothing on the shelves that piqued my curiosity and compelled me to try something new. The curator of the beer offerings at this location has really fallen short of the quality offerings I have come to expect from Total Wine, based upon my experience with Total Wine stores in other parts of the country. I will not be returning for beer shopping. Though I was not shopping for wine or liquor, I will note that the selection in those areas did seem to be much better curated than the beer selection. read more

I have to constantly buy alcohol for work so I have shopped here frequently and have always found what I wanted or needed for a client.
