If you have a budget, their recommendations stay firmly within it; they do not try to upsell you to the next price level. They have a decent selection of craft beers and spirits. I highly recommend their free wine tasting if you are bored and have nothing to do on a Friday night (5-7pm).

Alas they have announced the construction of a brand-new complex that I am sure will have a marvelous taproom. With all that being said, it doesn't matter about Parish's taproom. Their beer is so good I would drink it out of an oil pan while sitting in a port-o-potty. I have been to 420 breweries across the country including most of the ones on all the best breweries in the country list and Parish has my favorite beer, Ghost in the Machine. Ghost and all its variations and collaborations cannot be beat for hopheads like me. Parish could only make Ghost, and it would still be a 5-star brewery but there is so much more. Their limited-edition dessert stouts are fantastic, Canebrake is the perfect "everyday drinker", and their other hazies like Bloom and Atticus are phenomenal.
