Its been 8 months since I went to the sonic in Springtown because the service is so horrible. I had a car in the drive through waiting when I pulled up. The teller Chole did not finish the order and wanted to know why the car was still sitting there. She said you did not take me drink order, then ordered a large cherry limeade to which the teller told her she does not know where that button was to order that and could she make a different selection. So when I pulled up to order I ordered a small shake for my granddaughter and a small cheese stick since its Mozzarella Monday. But she told me I had to pay full price because the Springtown location only uses the app. So I asked her to take it off and she said "NO" that she had already completed the order and that "I had to pay". I replied with then I can drive off or you can take it off the order. She called out for the manager and yelled, "this guy no longer wants the cheese sticks"! She opened back the window and said that will be $3.89 and snatched my card from my hand then slammed the window shut. When it opened she said "here" shoving the card and shake at me back and forth. In my opinion this place is so bad because they only seem to hire teen managers run the place and they can't seem to hire proficient employees. And don't tell me that is the world we live in today because every other Sonic I have been to is worlds above the one in Springtown. read more

Used this location for years now. The service is terrible. Orders come out wrong/incomplete 85% of the time. The food is always cold. The menu boards/kiosks are always out of order. This location is definitely in need of new management. Also, be careful paying extra, you will not be getting your change back. read more

Ordered a milkshake, expecting creamy goodness, but it came out carbonated and tasted sour. Not sure if the milk was spoiled or there was some kind of mix-up, but it was undrinkable. Definitely not what you'd expect from Sonic. Won't be ordering a milkshake here again anytime soon. read more

If I could choose zero stars, I would have. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a milkshake. The kid that took my card closed the window and turned his back to me for almost 10 minutes. Finally opens the window and hands me my card back with no receipt. Little strange but I get my credit card charges to my phone almost immediately, so I wasn't too concerned about the receipt (the milkshake was $5.62). Shortly after, he handed me the milkshake and I left. As I pulled out of the lot and started driving, I got ANOTHER charge sent to my phone from the same Sonic. This one was for $20.61. Soon as I got home, I called the store. I asked to speak to a manager and a person by the name of "Andrew", who said that he was an assistant manager, got on the phone. I don't think I have ever spoken to a manager (if he even was), for that matter even an employee, at a business who was as rude, immature and unprofessional as Andrew was. He told me the kid that took my order was not available, he could not find either of the charges and that maybe I should just call my credit card company. All said sarcastically with zero concern. So wait, you guys made a mistake by charging me twice, and the second order wasn't even mine, but I need to call and clean the mess up? Uh, no. However, short of wanting to go speak to this kid in person, I went ahead and called my credit card company. They asked if I spoke to the merchant, I told them I did, and I got the charge cancelled. But since Andrew wanted to act like a child about the mistake and lie, I also called Sonic Corporate and filed a complaint. Your district manager can thank you personally Andrew for treating a customer like SH*%! You are the primary reason for this review and my complaint I filed. I will never give Sonic another dime because of you. I have heard about the employees at this Sonic doing this (double charging different amounts to credit cards) and claiming the food for themselves or friends. I didn't believe it until this incident. First there's a couple obvious things you should expect: 1. Its a newer sonic so high res menus and very clear drive through sound quality 2. It's Springtown and Springtown is slow and friendly. I've come to learn that food is a little less fast and a little more friendly. Alright so besides being slow tonight I decided to try the newly advertised crispy tender meal. Which comes with tots, toast and one onion ring. What I thought was a deal turned into a joke. I bought two $3.99 meals. When I opened mine I was saddened to see the most pitiful little onion ring runt, clearly the fast food gods were laughing at me, and my wife was laughing along with them, but when my wife opened her box the same quarter sized "onion ring" was smiling back at her. 10/7/18 7:05PM Tonight I stopped at our local Springtown Sonic for a meal for my family. Parked at stall #28 and pressed the order button at 7:05PM. I received no help or service for 20 minutes (pressed the button 3 times while waiting) while other cars in the drive thru and car hops who had gotten there after me we're being assisted. While waiting during the 20 minutes an employee attempts to give me a shake that is not even mine because I hadn't even ordered, there was no effort made by the girl to see if I had been helped. Finally at 7:26 PM I left stall #28 and drove to the drive thru. I asked to speak to a manager, I explained what had happened and nothing was done to try and remedy the issue. He then proceeds to take my order. (2)dbl cheese burgers, and (1) single bcn cheese burger, 2 small fries and a cherry limeade. After receiving our order we check our meals and find no bacon on the burger and it was a double instead of the single that had been shown on screen. I walk it to the entrance and let one of the girls working know. (While waiting I see employees throwing something at each other while making food, laughing.) The girl comes back out with my "bacon" cheese burger and says there is bacon on it. I was unable to speak to the manager at this point, he would not come out. I pull apart the burger and find 1 single 1" long piece of bacon in the center. No offer to fix the order, no offer to add more bacon, no offer to fix anything for our wait. No receipt was given to me as well, I would love to add a receipt number if I had been given one. This Sonic in Springtown is having major issues as it has been talked about on our local community Facebook page countless times. The employees (especially manager) have very poor work ethic and customer service. read more
