I got home and the pizza had no pepperoni, banana peppers on half and no sauce at all. I also ordered brownies. They were mostly batter and barely cooked. This was a carryout order so I had driven 25 miles round trip. I called and asked if they would make it correctly and deliver to me. They said they would but would charge me a gratuitous $5 delivery fee. I asked for the manager and asked for a good faith gesture to deliver a pizza as it was ordered at no cost to me. He would not, citing their policy, to which they were unwilling to make a $5 exception. This is not the first time they have messed up my order but never this badly. There's nothing to say about the Caesar, and the Tiramisu is the same Lisanti frozen product you can get at every Italian joint in the county.
