Staff were responsive and friendly. I had placed a mobile order but for some reason when I tried to check in, it kept saying I was not at the location. I ended up just pulling through the drive through to check in which wasn't an issue for the staff, thankfully. The fries were nice, especially for crinkle cut--not usually a fan of crinkle cut. I got the Chicago dog but the bread was hard. I ended up just eating the hot dog without the bun. Spouse got the tenders which he said weren't that great but passable. The thing to try are their drinks. Never tried sonic before but I'd stop by again to try more of their drinks. I got the limeade slush and was pleasantly surprised. Not your average sonic Lovin the App for half-price drinks. Definitely use the app, guys. The app also has food deals too... had a couple of coney dogs, and they were pretty good. And as always, their drinks are always great. I don't see many cars in the stalls. I'm not sure if stall ordering menus even works? Stall number are hard to see they are on the posts on top of the menu hidden from view while parked. I mostly see people order from a self ordering menu in the front or just the drive-through. The drive-through windows are tinted. This lacks transparency with customers, probably for safety reasons because of the location... If you want to have the full sonic experience you've had at other locations in your city, this location will disappoint you. It's mostly just a drive-through order. We fw the dude with AirPods in heavy but he is slow. There is a lady who is in training and thinks she runs the place but in reality is very clueless and looks stoned constantly. This used to be our go to late night place but after the trainee filled 1/2 of a large drink with cherry syrup we have taken our talents elsewhere. I placed an on-line order for this location back on April 30th to be picked up. All three of my orders (Bacon Jam Cheeseburger, Grilled Cheese and Double Cheeseburger) had customization requests. When I got home, none of the items had the customization requests, even though the requests were both reflected on my e-mail order confirmation and my receipt. I could understand missing maybe one customization request, but all three? Then, on May 16th, I went to purchase a Strawberry Cheesecake Blast. When I got to the order kiosk in the drive thru, I could barely hear the employee over the intercom. I asked for a large, and got rang up for a medium. I tried getting the employee's attention again, but got no response. I will not frequent this location again. October 2022 Update: Nothing has changed at this location. They apparently don't care or don't pay attention. On my most recent order, I ordered the large mozzarella sticks (which is 8 pieces) and two order of the 2 for $5 quarter-pound double cheeseburgers. The order of mozzarella sticks was only a medium size (6 piece), and the burgers were only single hamburgers. My wife called to get a refund. We were told we would receive one, but the call kept sounding like it was put on hold. The call was dropped. She called back, and was put on hold again. This is only the 2nd time I have been to Sonic. Mainly, it is too far for me to go for a Fast Food meal. I made it a point of going today as a stop on my errand running. I wanted to try the Philly Cheese Steak, which is a new sandwich this week. And only for a limited time. I ordered at the drive thru. This was a difficult process for me. Very difficult to hear the confirmation of my order. I had to go the the pay window without knowing if my order was right. Simple order, beverage, Onion Rings and Philly Cheese spicy. My total ws $9.53. Based on what I have seen on the sandwich size, seemed ok pricing. I got my beverage quickly. The sandwich and onion rigns needed to be prepared I guess. It was 10 minutes before I got the rest of the order. I get my order and circle around to pull into a drive in spot to eat. Tried an onion ring. Crsipy, breading intact and hot. No ketchup, mustard or other dipping sauce though. Probably my fault for not ordering them and not being able to hear someone talking with the mic 6-8 inches from their mouth. The onion rings seemed stale to me, but being hot and crispy made them OK. The sandwich was a decent size for $4.29. About the size of an 8 - 9 inch hot dog bun. It also had the texture of a hot dog bun. Typical Philly Cheese rolls have a slight crispy exterior, soft interior. I suspect the meat is precooked, sandwich assembled and steamed. I didn't pay much attention to the cheese, which is kinda stupid if giving it a review. I don't think there was a lot of cheese or I would remember that. Service wise, this place was lacking a bit. As mentioned earlier, the equipment they use was not putting out the proper volume to hear the confirmation of my order or the order taker was not talking into the mic. Both of these issues can be corrected if they care at all. I am not sure how many people were working, but I only saw 2 people. If that is all they have for staffing, the ownership/management needs to pull their head out of where the sun don't shine. You can't efficiently staff a drive thru with just 2 people. I have other opinions for Sonic, but those are more for Corporate then this particular store. I will wait for another day to express those. For $4.29 this was a decent sandwich. Not the greatest Philly, but a good close cousin to one. For a point of reference, the last Philly Cheese I got elsewhere was $16.00 for Sandwich, fries, beverage, tax. I placed my order for 4 Blasts (which are like DQ Blizzards) at 730 p.m. on the Sonic app, to be picked up at 8 p.m. Apparently they lost my order, then lied to me that my order was being made. The second person I complained to went in and started making the blasts while I was watching at the drive-thru window. I did not get my order until 8:45! I think I even heard the person making my order say that the person who was at that station clocked out without making my order! WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!
