Absolutely horrendous service and attitude from the workers…read more We went in 9/20 at 8pm. The young man at the register had snarky comments and did not want to be there and made not only our, but his coworkers problems. The young lady in glasses named Stephanie was so rude to us that we genuinely had to ask each other if we were over reacting. She was rude and unprofessional. I have been in the service industry for over 10 years FOH and BOH, I understand we all can have a bad day but we don't take that out on each other or the guest. They mentioned they were short 2 people and we said no problem, no rush. We all know what that's like. Travelled from San Diego and Phx, AZ. Will not ever go back to that location. Management really needs to take a look at their register staff and ask themselves if these are the faces they want to represent their brand. Ice cream was good though, probably the most disappointing part.

We go out for a treat and would of loved some design and color. They do have some fomfy chairs at front.

They did not wash their hands or wear gloves right after playing around in each other's hair before scooping our gelato. They over stuffed the cups, crammed the lids onto them, made a huge mess and smeared it around the sides of the cup with napkins and wasted half of the gelato they scooped in the cups, then put the dirty, ruined cups into bigger cups. Very unsanitary and messy experience. Not worth $13 at all. I'm honestly super irritated and dissatisfied with this experience.
