My experience with this location has to be with the poor customer service received on 7/6/2025. Approximately 7PM only car in the drive-thru, it was 37 minutes from ordering to the time I receive my food and change from a $20 bill. First thing first you could barely hear the staff member taking orders, at the window when he accepted my money he walks throughout the locating trying to get change from coworkers, one member looks through his personal wallet. One member fixing drinks as he used his personal cell phone. And you really wonder why there are so many no return customers. read more

Online order. They just let me sit there in the stall for an hour till finally I walked up to the window to be told they only have 2 people at night and to only use the drive thru at night. App and signs implied otherwise. Mozzarella sticks didn't come with the sauce. They were already cold. Sauce coulda made it somewhat palatable. Burger was okay, bread lil soft. Worst was my Dr. Pepper tasted like they just filled it up from the standing water in their drain. Horrid. Do better Sonic! Also, some freaks walking around screaming in a drugged out rage that kinda made it look like maybe I was in a bad area of town. read more

Don't bother getting out of your car, inside is always closed. Don't park in the stalls either, nobody comes out. Drive thru only, even online orders. Went through the drive thru, order a #14 (sausage burrito with tots). Got back to the hotel and opened the bag to a cheeseburger combo. Drove back to the store told them the issue, didn't get a sorry for your troubles, etc. Get my updated order and the breakfast burrito wasn't even big enough to feed a child. The food is what it is. Sonic. I enjoy their food and tonight's date night with Bae happened to be fast food. He picked. I am down for a foot long chili cheese coney. We ordered in the app. Cool. We pull up. Press the red button. Now for those who've done this before the screen welcomes you back by name and shows the order status. Sooooooooooo, we get to the "order is on it way" the last circle then it goes back to the main screen. We wait. And wait. Wait some more I've been through this before so I give benefit of the doubt. Still waiting... He presses the button. The lady low talks and mumbles something something drive thru (I think) Bae finally walks in. He comes back out with our food. Turns out we're sitting in the car waiting on them. They are in the restaurant waiting on us. Allegedly the drive up didn't communicate anything to them that we were waiting on our food that the screen said was on the way. Unacceptable. The sonic near me will tell you when you roll up "please come to the drive thru". I don't know what this sonic was on. I'd originally given 2 stars because at least my food wasn't cold cold. BUT I remembered that I didn't get ranch with my cheddar poppers. I double checked that it was included. And we didn't get mints. C'mon! This is a sonic signature move. Will I go back? Maybe during prime time daylight hours like a lunch or dinner rush. We rolled up at 7:45/8p. At least now I know why there weren't a lot of cars in the parking lot or drive thru. Love sonic, their food is so good. However this location leaves something to be desired. Terrible service. I could interview for a jib, get hired, go thru training, and make my own food and it would be faster than if I just ordered. And so so rude. I placed an order online, came to pick it up and sat in the stall for almost 25 minutes before I pushed the button and asked what was up. The worker was very rude and said they were short handed and to pull around. Came through the drive thru on a Sunday night and ordered a #2 cheeseburger (verbally requested no pickles/ no mustard but wanted lettuce/tomato/ketchup/onions and the order was still wrong) meal with a watermelon slush (sweet, artificial, as advertised) and tater tots (hot crispy, wish the box was overflowing with tots). For starters, i pulled into one of the parking spots and pressed the red button. I sat there for four minutes (the entirety of the song Marjorie by Taylor Swift), then pulled into the drive through. I ordered two drinks and a small order of mozzarella sticks, then continued to sit in the line (only two cars in front of me) for 16 and a half minutes before I got my drinks, then still had to wait on the mozzarella sticks. I've been back multiple times & my food has been fresh & slushies have been yummy each time. Customer service is still lacking though. The food was not fresh, and the service was cold and disconnected. The area around the establishment was trashy, and the men's bathroom was locked while the women's bathroom was open. I asked an employee for a key, and they acted like I asked them to give me free food. They moved slowly and never produced a key to the men's bathroom, so I used the women's. read more

This place is awful . My husband's bread on his sandwich wasn't toasted so we asked for a piece of toasted bread and the manager insisted that my husband give her the untrusted piece of bread back instead of just giving him a toasted piece of bread. My husband asked for BBQ sauce and instead of putting it on the side the manager put it in the bread AFTER we expressed concern about our apprehension about sending food back and workers spitting on the food. This was just an absolutely horrific experience. Sonic needs to retrain on customer service Why do you need the untoasted half of my husband's 'sandwich? my daughters and I decided to take a trip to the sonic that's nearby our home and we placed our order through the little drive up not through the drive-through. We wanted to just enjoy our meal. Placed our order and we had our fries missing and also my daughter ordered a Coke slush, which tasted like a water down, some kind of slush that had lemon in it with no real strong taste so I push the button and I explained to them that not sure if this is really a coke slush, but could we get another one and we didn't get our large fry? Time went by and I decided to go in. I had mentioned that we didn't receive our large fry and that this Coke/has a lemony taste to it and if you open up the lid, it light it doesn't even have a dark color to it. I suggested and gave my opinion being that I've worked in fast food, that may the machine that works many flavors maybe one of the flavors combined with the Coke slush or maybe there wasn't enough Coke syrup slushy machine a Coke slush. I have never in my life had to deal with a manager. That was so extremely rude even the people sitting waiting for their food knew something was not right. I have already contacted corporate and I do not recommend, going back to this establishment we will find another sonic in a different area and try again one day. We have gone to sonic many many times and years past and I've never had this type of service. Our carhop was nice so there's no reflection on her. But when this manager would not even take any considerations as to water, maybe the Coke machine isn't working right to make the right Coke slushy's she basically walked away yelling and said she's not gonna do anything else I asked her for her name she yelled it. I didn't understand it, but I said, this isn't over because I planned on calling corporate. I hope that this yelp review will get attention. I hope my phone call with corporate will get attention. hello. I am usually a happy patron, who makes weekly or biweekly visits to my local sonics. Today was one of those regular visits. Unfortunately, I was told that the ice machine was broke, but I still desired a strawberry slush after my purchase I drove from the drive-through with what I assumed was a medium strawberry slush! instead, I received a cup of puréed ice with highly concentrated strawberry cocktail juice, injected on the top and bottom of the cup. Since I am a diabetic, who manages is type two diabetes, this is absurd miss calibration of juice, raised my sugar to very high levels. This resulted in me being close to being hospitalized, I would rather if the staff would have explained they were not able to make the/the traditional sonics way, giving me the option of purchasing. As a patron this is very unacceptable, dangerous, and hardly fair. After 12 small sips through my straw, I was not able to enjoy what I purchased. I hope this information helps you. While waiting you notice that the cars parked in the drive in area have no one inside them....really not good. If a business has to have employees park in customer areas, namely drive-in stalls.....this should serve as notice that the business is not doing well. Could it be the poor service?? Just a tip: Don't order online from this place. Not sure if there is new management, but when the pandemic first hit, this placed rocked! It quickly became one my favorite places to stop by. Now, their customer service has gone terribly downhill. They give no sign at all that their lobby is closed so here's another tip: just assume that their drive-thru is the only way to order. Oh, and get ready to spend half an hour in the drive-thru. I'm telling you it's not worth it to order ahead. In my experience ordering ahead the past 5 times, if you tell them it's an online order, they tell you to drive to the window. But as soon as you get there, they mention the person's order that is behind you. Where is the communication and the service for those that just want a quicker way of picking up their order? This place has been a hot mess for awhile (or my last few visits at the very least). One visit they were out of lemonade, the next visit they gave me the wrong order, the next visit...their car/chip reader was down and they couldn't manually enter cards so a lot of people left without their food due to sonic not putting up a sign/letting people know this when they ordered. The last visit 3-4 employees (teenagers) are wearing their coats and huddled around the drive through window on the inside, meanwhile an older woman seemed to be doing 90% of the work alone and was visibly stressed out. like I said...this location is a hot mess. OMG, this was the worst food I ever received. I order a slush and it was so nasty and watery. Try to call Phone and got a message that says the mailbox is not set up yet so I couldn't even leave a message. Noah was riding all the way back. Food was decent at this location. The wait, plus ongoing renovations and the fact of being overcharged during advertised happy hour really took a toll on the rating. I wish I could give this location negative stars. I ordered with my app to get the happy hour drink prices. Just one drink. Nothing complicated.....diet cherry limeade. Got here, checked in, and commenced the wait. Message board and my app both confirmed my order was "in the kitchen." This location has been notoriously slow in the past. After sitting for 15 minutes I hit the red button to inquire about my drink. Girl on the intercom informed me they were out of Sprite and could t do my order. Really?!!! Would someone have fond me before closing tone or would o have sat there overnight????? Declined changing my drink order. A guy came out and told me they were working l. My refund. Then he came back out and told me they couldn't issue a refund at the location. I was instructed to go on Sonic's website with my receipt and request the refund myself. Seriously ????? Thirty minutes later I am leaving. No drink. No refund. No customer service. Moral of the store: Don't waste your time with any of the Sonics in this area. read more
