Having been a waitress for several years, here's my suggestions: A GM needs to be on the premise, communicate to servers after a table is seated so they know it's their turn, staff needs training on customer protocol/service, staff needs to quit touching their hair, wiping their face/nose (especially the guy as I thought he was going to have a heart attack as much as he sweat) and then serving food/drinks/setting the table (wash your hands!), & if kitchen staff is unhappy about something, don't do it to where people can see them...
