I had a taste for a good burger with onion rings with the cherry limeade, which in my fav drink to get. But today, I was very disappointed. The burger was very skimpy on the lettuce and tomatoes. Very little lettuce like they were scared to put some lettuce on it. The tomatoes were too small, that you can't barely see them on the burger. The onion rings were even worser, I received the 2 large onions rings, but the rest were very small, instead of all being the same sizes. At least it could have been enjoyable to eat. They wasn't that tasty. I wasn't happy with any at all. Plus, the onion kept breaking out of its crust of the rings, instead of the onion ring stay intact all at the same time,when you bite into them. The cherry limeade didn't have no cherries and lime, like they're usually have in it. The drink was still good, just didn't have main essentials in them. Is that what fast food supposed to represent, especially you want good hot burger and fries? Also when you paying those expensive prices for food that's looks like slop. If that what fast food supposed to look like, I'll passed. Do better, please or you'll be another one I'll stop going to. Apparently you'll don't care what you're serve to your customers. read more

I'm always amazed when I see consistent negative reviews like the one this place has. Why doesn't the corporate office get involved? Yeah, it's probably a franchise location and corporate headquarters could care less if the individual owner runs their location into the ground. But what about the brand's reputation? I didn't check reviews before stopping here. I had a craving I want to quench so that's how I ended up here. First stall I pulled into...the credit card reader didn't work. Pushed button....no answer after pressing several times. Moved to next slot then heard them answer the other stall. I just ordered a shake off the menu. Luckily it didn't take too long to get my order. But wait...my charge was higher! Intercom: "we don't have that on our register so we have to make and add ingredients." I still wanted the shake and had already drank part of it, so I just accepted it. But on principle alone...the advertised price is what you're supposed to sell it for unless you advise the customer first. This particular location needs major help. read more

Today went to the Sonic on Atlanta hwy in Montgomery at 3 pm. I ordered a mini M&M Blast and a small blue raspberry slushie with nerds. I had to wait 20min for my order and after that 20min I saw through the window the employee being unsanitary with my M&M blast. She was laughing and talking all over it and she rubbed ice cream or something off her finger onto the cup into the ice cream and then laughed with her coworker about it. Then she used a napkin to wipe ice cream around the cup. So I was disgusted!!! I won't be going back to this Sonic! I've never seen anything like this happen before to me. My slushie was also melted. I don't know why I always receive some kind of attitude from this store. Never fails: Every.Time. Zero smiles. Zero hellos or thank yous. Just the constant feeling of "hurry up so I can get back to doing nothing." The girl said, "Can I take your order?" So I gave her my order and then we just sat in radio silence. No confirmation that she even got my order. No total. The screen didn't even show that she was ringing anything up. So I said "Hello?" And she asked me to repeat my drink, which of course she got wrong. This job is not hard. Stopped by this location on my way to work on 5-11-23 and my corn dog was cold, soft and stale, no crunch at all. It was like they cooked it earlier and then didn't even have the decency to serve it warm!! The toppings on my chili cheese tots were all stuck to the top of the wrapping, as if they dropped the entire bag, picked it up and brought it out to me. I had to "scrape" the toppings off and put back on the tots before eating. And then this morning (5-12-2023,) I read that WSFA, the local Montgomery news station, reported that this particular location received a VERY LOW score of 73 by the health department on their inspection for: 1) Employees not wearing gloves while preparing food 2) Chemicals too close to food items and 3) No soap at the hand sink. WOW...you can bet I'll never visit this location again. The local franchise owner needs to get involved, if he/she is even concerned. Corporate Sonic office should as well! We ordered a bunch of stuff and my boyfriend is very picky about what's on his burger. He told the kind guy taking our order that he wanted the burger plain with extra bacon, extra cheese, and chili. We were on a road trip so we were eating in the car and it's nighttime so it's dark. Next thing I hear dry-heaving and see him spit out his chewed up food back onto the burger. They put EVERYTHING on there. Wasn't the kind man's fault but the people in the kitchen messed up big time. Pay attention to the details on the receipt next time! read more

Let start off by saying the current rating is 1 Star, you got to be pretty bad to achieve 1 star! On the other hand my experience was 2.5 stars. That was because I ordered ahead with a pickup time and instruction for each order I.e., delete mayonnaise, add extra onions, and 2 honey mustard packets. 1 order got honey mustard packets, the 2nd order did get the honey mustard. Ask for extra chopped onion but order 1 did not get any and that extra was not ask for order # 2. It was obvious that the order was not made when I arrived, but my sandwich order appeared to be pre made, microwaved, wrapped and put in a bag when I arrive and communicated my arrival for pickup. The sandwich's where HOT, and pretty good that's why I gave them 2 stars. The server was neutral, but got the order out to the car! read more

If I could give a zero, I would. I've never had a great experience at the Atlanta Hwy Sonic, but tonight was AWFUL! First, while we were trying to order the girl kept interrupting with "Is that it?" The screen said our order was on the way at least 10 minutes before they got to our car. And we were I front of the kitchen window, so we knew they were lying about the timing. The carhop was so rude, she didn't even say anything after she handed us our receipt. She just walked away. Our order was wrong, and when me got home I found hard plastic and hair in my blast. This sonic is hit-or-miss. I've had good and not so good experiences at this location. This most recent visit was one of the better ones. This sonic is old and therefore has old equipment, such as the menu/ordering stations. I could hardly hear what the person taking my order was saying and I got the feeling that they could hardly hear me either. That was frustrating, but he got my order right in the end. My food only took 4 minutes to come out, which is unusual for this location. The lady who brought the food to my car was very nice and told me to have a blessed day. If I had cash I would have tipped her. In the past I have come here for their half priced drinks at "happy hour" and had to wait around 20 minutes to get two drinks, which came out incorrectly. One was an unsweet tea that tasted like an old rag had been soaking in it. Yuck! I love the location on Atlanta Hwy, but It would be nice if they had a drive-thru. read more

Went to the Sonic on the Atlanta Hwy got me & my husband something to eat. I ordered his burger no tomatoes,no onions,extra pickles. I had a toaster burger. Supposed to have had two patties,bacon,cheese,tomatoes,onion ring,pickles,and the sauce they put on there. Supposed to had two real fruit lemon slush with extra lemons. It took about 45 minutes to get my order. I was so mad cause I waited all this time I didn't check the food before I left. When I got home his burger was all wrong,mine had no meat on it. Call the store no answer. Call the eight hundred number they asked me what was wrong with the food. They said a manager or someone from corporate would call me well it never happened. Just needs to go ahead and close.. Cant get any service if you do it takes 30 mins to get small orders.. 90% of the card readers are broke and have been for over yr..
