WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! ZERO STARS!! Outright rude and lazy employees! Beyond slow no matter how many cars are waiting. Today I had to call corporate. I had ordered through the app and waited for over 15 minutes and went up to the patio to see what was going on. At the time someone else was there to order and this man (tall and larger set for clarification based on other reviews it sounds like a lot are about the same employee) comes busting out the front door cussing saying nobody is ordering unless it's through the drive thru and was very rude and confrontational. Mind you I have my child there. He continues cussing and talking about how they only have a couple people working. So I go back to my car wait 5 more minutes and go back up this time I talk to a lady who is being nice and said hey I'm just confused I've been waited 17 minutes for two slushees and the lady who busted outside before starts yelling I told that b*tch ain't nobody getting their sh*t unless you wait through drive thru I said I was just unsure because you said ordering and I already ordered she continues cussing and saying I won't get what I paid for. My child was so scared. Ridiculous. I didn't get my stuff I already paid for anything. At that point I didn't even trust that my stuff wouldn't have had something done to it. read more

The sonic blasts are so tasty here! If you are looking for a think ice cream custard then the sonic blast is what you need to order! I usually will order the butterfinger or snickers sonjc blast, theu satisfy my sweet tooth every time. The price is also very reasonable! read more

Worst Sonic I have ever visited. Ordered a hotdog, fries and a tea. I had to repeat the order three times. I then got to the drive up window and the lady says "footling". I told her I knew the order was not going to come out correctly just by the way it had to be repeated. She just walked away from the window. No service. I think this is a restaurant where the inmates are running the asylum. read more

I always go to SONIC to just get a grilled cheese and tater tots.I also get their ice cream products, which are pretty good.But, one time, I asked for the limited time big scoop cookie dough sundae.They said it was currently not in stock and I went to McDonalds.So then, about 2 weeks later, I asked if they had it.They said no again.It was not just me asking for it.Every single person was asking for a big scoop cookie dough sundae and SONIC kept saying they did not have it.Remember, there is a food store right next door.I asked for it the third and final time and they said they ended it.And I still saw ads for it! They finally stopped advertising it.Anyway, my grilled cheese and tater tots are perfect.I don't go to SONIC as much anymore. read more

Terrible. I went here for National Hot Dog day. It's nice they were offering $1 hot dogs, even if they were only the American Dog and the Chili Cheese dog. But they were not worth the $1. The hot dogs tasted like they had been sitting under a lamp all day, not fresh at all. The buns were tasted like rubber. I ordered a side of small fries, not only did I get about 5 fries.. but they were the worst fries I have EVER had in my life. Most definitely will not be returning. read more

Strawberry shake was good. It's Sonic, so gourmet wasn't expected by any means, but the food wasn't as hot as it could have been and the tots had a strange aftertaste, making us wonder how often the oil is changed. Sonic is a once or twice a year thing for us, but we're used to the ones in the Deep South. Maybe Ohio just hasn't mastered the art of the tot. Which seems strange, but there you have it. read more

I highly recommend going somewhere else for food. The workers attitudes here were quite awful. Their food was average and took over 40 mins for us to get a simple order. We could even see our order ready in the window but for what ever reason it took them awhile to bring it out. Also we witnessed them arguing with another customer. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!! Poor customer service all around. Only one car at the window, we pulled up to the drive through and ordered right away. While ordering a car gets in front of us. We were confused but ignored it. Apparently, they forgot her cheese fries. It took at least 5 mins for her to get them. A guy pulled up behind us, sat for over 5 mins to order his food, he ended up leaving. It's our turn finally at the window. My husband hands the guy our card to pay as the guy hands us a soda with soda all over the side (literally dripping) so husband asked for a napkin to wipe it off. He apologizes and wipes it for us. Guy takes our card outside for some reason. Guy comes back in and moves to the food prep area and hands a lady our card. She runs the card, gives it back to us and shuts the window. Remind you both these people were outside, came in didn't wash their hands, touched our food and others food. Finally got our food, it was all there (I was really surprised!). We had no napkins and 2 ketchup packets. After a few minutes the rude lady asked why we were still sitting there. Husband asks for napkins and some more ketchup. She hands us 3 napkins and 3 ketchup. Ask for a little more of each and she said they have a limit that's all she will give us. We ordered 6 meals, which included burgers, fries/tots and corn dogs. 5 ketchup and 3 napkins wouldn't even be enough for all of us to have one. My husband said "really you can't give us enough for each meal". She replied nope and started making fun of my husbands missing limb. We were absolutely shocked, my kids and I were in shock. Needless to say, we didn't eat the food after what we witnessed and won't ever be going back. Pretty sure the food dept needs to come in for an inspection. read more

Former employee. I was there for two weeks, it didn't work out because my speed wasn't up to par...but at least i can say i followed health codes and did it right. Inside scoop: the cook who works after four does not wear gloves and does not wash his hands. Ive seen him put raw burger patties on the grill before grabbing a handful of fresh tater tots to serve. He is continually scratching himself and may wash his hands every couple of hours. Beyond that, all dishes and grill tools are washed together creating very murky slimy dish water that dishes are soaked in and then simply rinsed off and put up. Every time i would grab a container for lettuce or a tray for onion rings, i could feel the coating of grease left over. The oil in the fryer is changed twice a week, they use bread after its expiration, the sausage and bacon is held from open until close, and everything else is just held until it can be sold. Disgusting. Do not eat here, especially in the evening unless you want ro be sick. read more

Service was just okay. We ordered 2 master blasts and they were terrible. They were melty when given to us and we could not find it in us to finish them which is a damn shame considering they're 4+ dollars a piece. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere read more
